Our house is located on the island of Solta, in the bay of Split. Overlooking the small village of Maslinica, you will have a splendid view of the Adriatic Sea. A 5-minute walk from the beach, it is the ideal place for a vacation with family or friends. Rates shown are for the main house (4 bedrooms) without the studios located on the garden level. Beyond 8 people we make the studio(s) available (bedrooms 5 and 6 in the description of the bedrooms). A large garden and a beautiful 5x8 swimming pool (access protected by a fence) will allow you to fully enjoy the place. A new space was set up in summer 2024 at the back of the house with an outdoor seating area and a new barbecue. The house has a high-performance Wi-Fi network via Starlink. Located on the heights of the village, the house is only 350 meters from the beach and the shops and restaurants of the village while remaining quiet and enjoying the sea breezes for cool nights. Solta Island is 35 minutes from the port of Split. Split Airport is well connected by regular and low-cost airlines. A guide with all the useful information and contacts is available to guests.

The apartment, located in a bay on the island of Solta, just 30 meters from the sea. The house where the apartment is located above a pine forest, surrounded by bushes of rosemary and olive trees. We accept 1 small pet for an additional fee if guests from another apartment agree. Therefore, we do not have instant reservations so that we can arrange everything to the satisfaction of all guests.
