Newly renovated cottage located a few meters from the sea on Helgeland. The cabin is completely secluded with beautiful views and sun from early in the morning until 10 pm in the evening. It is very child-friendly. Kayak, canoe, bath animals and 2 SUPs are also available for use. It is only 500 meters to Sjokoladebrygga which is known for its good chocolate and great location. Short distance to Dønnes Church, Dønnesfjellet and grocery store. Good fishing opportunities. Large and nice terrace facing the sea with barbecue and fire pan for cozy evenings.

Bilvei helt fram, parkering på parkeringsplass 200 m fra annekset. Plass til 5 gjester hvis to av gjestene kan dele seng på 120 cm bredde i det minste soverommet. Køyeseng 140x200/90x200. Rullegardiner og lystette gardiner på soverom. Kjøkken: fullt utstyrt, kjøleskap, koketopp og miniovn .Bad. Varmeovn NB! Terasse utenfor balkongdør mangler!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Amazing sunsets. In summer, the sun doesn't set until midnight. Adult couples who like to enjoy a rural and quiet atmosphere. 3 km to the store and restaurant HerøyBrygge. 1.5 km to unique Etcetera (magical flower shop that must be experienced). Cozy waterfront house on the beautiful Helgeland coast. Rorbua is idyllically located in Leinesodden Marina. Rorbua is excellent for those interested in hiking as there are countless great opportunities for mountain hiking in the surrounding area, both in Leirfjord and Sandnessjøen area. There are also good chances to catch fish for dinner from the nearest rock or boat. It is a short drive if you want to experience Helgeland's beautiful archipelago via several free ferries.
