What a beautiful place! Saltfleet is lovely - very peaceful and surrounded by nature but also has walkable food options and a shop. The property is gorgeous and has everything you could need (I came down with a serious case of bathroom envy when I was able to watch a family of rabbits playing beside the river while sitting on the loo). It felt like our dog was truly welcome with thoughtful touches like a water bowl, towel, blankets for the sofas, etc. I highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for some time away. Note: as stated by the owner, it's probably not the best place to stay if you have accessibility requirements as the stairs are quite steep.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at The Little Barn. From the moment we booked the barn Sarah was attentive and welcoming. The barn was exactly as shown in the pictures and we made good use of the outside seating area in the evenings. This stay was relaxing and gave us a chance to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Would definitely recommend!

On our way back from our holiday in Norfolk we fancied stopping off for a few days at a nice cottage in Lincolnshire. This cottage was the perfect fit so we booked it. Check in hassle free and the instructions to locate the property were spot on. Amazing cosy cottage in fantastic surroundings even a little outdoor courtyard with table & chairs to sit and have a drink and also a BBQ. We would certainly book this cottage again.

We absolutely loved our stay, we have had a lot going on recently and wanted some time to switch off with no real plans. Our hoses were great - they stayed in touch but at arms length which was great as we knew we could always reach out if needed. We loved the local area and spotting wildlife and we enjoyed exploring different coastal areas and nature reserves. We visited and ate at some of the recommended places and very glad we did so! Our son is 10 and enjoyed spotting deer and hares and playing board games and he had a digital detox which we loved as he was busy enough! Thankyou again
