Pleasant stone house, divided into two apartments, independent entrance and garden. On the edge of vineyards and the Gironde estuary, you can visit the historic village of Bourg-sur-Gironde (5 km) as well as the city of Blaye and its prestigious Citadel, classified by UNESCO (9 km). In the heart of the largest vineyards of Bordeaux, you will taste wines in sumptuous castles and also enjoy the proximity of Bordeaux (40 km), Médoc (Boat from Blaye) and Royan (80 km).

Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

You can watch beautiful sunsets as well as the Mascaret wave. This fully renovated cottage in the middle of a 1500 m2 enclosed park will provide you with a sense of tranquility and well-being with friends and family. Ideally located, our cottage is surrounded by many swimming spots.
