Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Cozy Studio Between the Vineyards

In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

Located between Jonzac Thermal Town (15 km), and Montendre (7 km), this house offers accommodation consisting of two bedrooms and a living room (living room/fully equipped kitchen). Located 25 minutes from the CNPE and 1 km from the city center of Blaye (with its UNESCO World Heritage citadel) and all its amenities: bars, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco press... Market every Wednesday and Saturday morning. The Leclerc and Lidl shopping area is 1 km away. Parking is available in a private courtyard located in front of the accommodation and closed via an electric gate.
