The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. Il Frassino is a charming little house built in 2024, consisting of a large room organized into air-conditioned living and sleeping areas, a bathroom with shower, an air-conditioned solar greenhouse and a porch.
