Completely renovated house for 6 people, in a typical village at the foot of Sancerre. 3 bedrooms including 2 upstairs bedrooms with a bathroom per floor. 1 toilet on the ground floor, garden with vineyard views, covered summer lounge, private parking, all comforts in a refined country style. Sheets, bath towels and dish towels are provided. activities: wine tourism (Sancerre, Pouilly...) 18-hole golf course, canoeing, Loire by bike, St Fargeau (sound and light), Guedelon, Briare, Morvan and its lakes

Proche de La Loire avec activités aux alentours. Au pied de la Puisaye non loin de Guédelon à 20 minutes. Travailleurs limités à 3 personnes.

Whole house is very quiet, soft and comfortable, with intimate enclosed garden, located close to the castle of Saint-Brisson, shops in the village, and near the Loire river. It is 5 km from the city of Gien, 4.5 km from the Briare Canal Bridge, and the circuit of the Loire à Vélo. Many walks and bike tours are offered in the area. It is possible to park the bikes. The adaptable reception is scheduled at 17h. and departure at 11am .. The beds (180 and 140cm) are made on arrival.

Completely renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the vacation rental. Ideally located house in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike path. Village church classified as a historic monument. Visit the vineyards with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. An electric/hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €8 per day.
