Family-friendly holiday rentals in Dorado

Gorgeous spot, very easy beach access, beautiful view, night life next door walking distance, walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Overall a great experience and if I have the blessing to come back to PR, i will stay here. 100% recommending to my peers.

The house was in a great location. Minutes from the the beach and restaurants. Super secure with gated access. The house was super clean and great to have a pool for the hot days. Great spot for some family fun.

We had a great stay at Isabel’s place. It’s a few steps to the beach, which we loved and they had everything accessible for a great beach day. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ect. The private pool area was our favorite part by far.

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

I can’t say enough about our stay and how incredible Noemi was as a host! Her property exceeded our expectations and was stunning. We will for sure be back. I would recommend Neomi’s place to everyone. The house was very clean, the air conditioners worked perfectly, the pool and property was so peaceful and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Noemi provided excellent recommendations for places to eat, places to shop, and fun things to do and see on the island. If I could rate Noemi’s property a 6, I totally would 😎 book it! You won’t regret it!

Yayra has taken care of all the details to make you feel comfortable. Freshly cleaned linens, fully equipped kitchen, clean, clean, clean. Even a welcome present 🎁! The location can’t be better, walk everywhere, and so much close by. We always felt safe even walking around late at night. The apartment and the building are very beautiful and unique. In summary, great place, beautiful, accessible, and with everything you will need.

This is a beautiful one bedroom in the heart of Old San Juan, complete with a beautiful courtyard to set the mood as you come and go, icy cold AC, beautiful marble floors, very quiet lodging, and a long list of recommendations from the host, perfectly located to walk right out the door and fully immerse yourself in the local culture. The host is highly responsive to any communication or issue. Highly recommended.

Right in the heart of Old San Juan, this home is within walking distance of just about everything you might need, other than a large supermarket. Street parking is basically non-existent for non-locals but there are several parking garages close by that are not too expensive. The only thing lacking that would have been nice to have had included is beach towels.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Old San Juan. The location is beautiful and very convient. The host Peter was very friendly and made checking in very easy. He was always reachable and made several great restaurant recommendations. We felt very much at home. The house itself was well worth the price. Everything was as described. It was an extremely comfortable place to stay. This was probably my best experience with an Airbnb. I'd highly recommend staying here on your next visit to old San Juan

Me and my family really loved staying at Arturo's place. He's place is great and has everything you can need for your stay. And if you love the beach like me and my family do he has everything you can need for a day at the beach. He's a great host. I truly recommend his place for a stay. Definitely would be my first choice for future trips .

13 Sol is dreamy. We were looking for a place with a great outdoor space, views, proximity to touring the town. The terrace was amazing for all times of the day especially breezy evenings. The stairs are no problem and are to be expected in most upper level stays in Viejo San Juan. The place has great character, all the necessities plus extras, is well cooled and is by far the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. All of Viejo is walkable and 13 Sol is in the best pocket of the town with a peaceful street, the best history literally two to three blocks away and the best coffee around within a block or two. Shower was nice and hot, bed perfectly comfortable, WiFi is strong and everything else as it should be. Don’t wait, just book it. It’s the place you want to stay.

This place is a gem if you are in the mood for being a beach bum or to do a family reunion. Plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, clean, airy and across the street from the beach. Lots of space to relax in a very secure neighborhood. My little happy place in PR and you get great bank for your buck!

Great location. Felt good inside. Safe area. Wish the sliding doors were easier to open and close, and with some fresh paint....the bnb would have been Awesome.

This was definitely an excellent stay, the aparmentent is very comfortable and it has an excellent location. It was a great experience for us to stay in this place.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was relaxed and oasis like. Very peaceful and tucked away but just short drive away from shops and restaurants (7 or 8 minutes). We enjoyed walking to the neighborhood beach. Also driving around the community in the golf cart. The property itself was as advertised and in pictures. It was very comfortable and felt like being at home (away from home). Luis was prompt with checking and responding to questions. He even assured us there would be no problems with the power at the property even thought the entire island lost power for 24 hours since there was a generator. The only somewhat “issue” we had which was outside of Luis control would be the periodic blips watching cable. Didn’t prevent watching shows just sometimes had to fill in words from the blips. Not the end of the world just noting. There are no issues using streaming platforms, just the local cable network. Would certainly recommend this property and would stay again.

The apartment was as-described and well-built. You can tell that the design and layout was carefully considered and the location is very convenient. We did not rent a car and were able to easily walk to stores, restaurants, the beach, etc. The pool and outdoor area are very nicely laid out and kept clean as well.

Sammy was an amazing host, very attentive to our needs and provided a ton of suggestions of restaurants/things to do. The property was beautiful and just as the pictures. The villa was extremely spacious, clean and had all the necessary appliances. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi! The first two days of when we arrived there was lots of bad weather and the electricity kept going out around the area but because the villa had a power plant - we hardly noticed it. This was a huge plus. I highly recommend this property if you have a big group of people. I would definitely book this listing again.

Aquaville was a modern and clean Airbnb in a fantastic location. The outdoor pool and hot tub area is amazing and very well kept. I would totally stay there again and have recommended to various people already!
