This rental was amazing. It has a wonderful rooftop blacony and bar with a grill as well that has stellar views of the water, you can observe both the sunset and sunrise from it and they're both astonishing. The living quarters were all very clean and tidy when we arrived and Harry provided us with lots of added ammenities and useful items often not included in Airbnb's. Harry left us charcoal and fire starter to grill, about 15 - 20 towels, a variety of seasonings in the kitchen, and most importantly 2 beach chairs. All of these additional items made our experience a lot better and saved us a lot of money from having to purchase them ourselves. Lastly, the balcony has a TV you can play music on and party all night long while you grill and drink at the bar. The living room downstairs also has an amazing sound system to play music inside too, and the location is impecable. You are literally directly across the street from the Old San Juan ferry which takes you there and back for only $1

Place is in a safe area and a quick 10 minute drive to the best beaches around. Apartment was clean and exactly as described.

Rey was a great host, going above and beyond. Great spot to stay if you’re looking for good people watching, walkability, and views. Will be back!

the host was super responsive and did a great welcome for us to get to know the house as well as the neighborhood. He gave us great recommendations and checked in to see if we needed anything. The house has some small things to get used to like the shower but the host explains it all very well. He also provided small snacks and refreshments which made it feel more like home.

the apartment is located extemely Centrally and is walking distance to everything in old San Juan. apartment boasts beautiful high ceilings and a great courtyard to have meals or coffee at. hosts were attentive and the overall place was a joy to stay at

Jose was very responsive. The location was fantastic. Right on the main strip and incredibly quiet despite proximity to clubs and restaurants. Old San Juan was clean and the people friendly.

This spot was exactly what we were looking for… we couldn’t have found a better location for the price. It was perfect. The apartment is nestled in the center of old San Juan, right next to the fortress, the night life, and all the best restaurants. We also were also only a 10 min walk from a secluded city beach. We were shocked to not find anyone swimming there. Getting to the apartment was so easy, just a 20-30 min cab ride from the airport. The instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow. The hosts were very responsive and super nice. Highly recommend. Couldn’t have had a better time!

This home was even more beautiful than the photos. The peaceful location offered a true local experience, yet was only 10–15 minutes from major stores and stunning beaches. The sound of rain on the roof was incredibly calming, and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking, with friendly locals, horses, and hidden gems to explore. Restaurants nearby were excellent, many right by the water. The host was attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Truly a great value—I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Puerto Rico was incredible! The home was even better than the pictures showed—beautiful, clean, and incredibly peaceful. It provided the perfect amount of relaxation and was ideal for our group. Irene was an amazing host—super responsive, helpful with recommendations, and went above and beyond by providing extra amenities. We were even welcomed with a fresh fruit basket upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Host, went above and beyond!

- House was beautiful, spacious and clean - Host left snacks (chips&cookies) which we enjoyed and appreciated - Great communication and timely response from host - Location of house is remote, 25 to 30 mins to San Juan - Swimming pool was amazing with a stunning view of the mountains - Pool table was a plus to have fun at home - It was a little difficult to order uber to San Juan. Uber drivers kept canceling on us due to pick up site, but we were able to get one after 3 cancellations. - Great stay overall

Had such an amazing 30th birthday here, the house was BEAUTIFUL, and made me and my guest feel safe and secure! Every room was pristine! The host replied quickly, with a solution to any and everything. Even with the one jump scare we did have they were responsive and quick it was really calming actually. I truly appreciate this stay and will tell everyone who thinks about going to Puerto Rico to BOOK W ANA!! You will not be upset if you do. Best decision I made for this trip.

I went with my family, including my 1yrs old grandson, who really enjoy to walk around the house. Comfortable house, easy access to main street to drive around. A/C on whole house. Kitchen with all necessary. Bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser, and towels. Extra beach towel, cooler, and other stuffs, in case you want to go to the beach. Michelle was always available to respond asap. Even when we were in PR during a national blackout, the house was prepared with solar panel to provide power, at least to turn on the fans. Good enough to be comfortable during the night. Second night after the blackout, Michelle was immediately available to reset the power box and reestablish the power for the whole house, after blackout was over. Great experience at all.

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! Diana, who is a phenomenal host, has gone above and beyond to create a space that will make you feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment you walk in! We travel to Puerto Rico often and have stayed in many Airbnbs in Isla Verde, but none comes close to the Cozy Cabin. The apartment is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, and Diana has added thoughtful details throughout. The patio is a great place to relax after spending a day on the gorgeous Isla Verde Beach, which is just steps away from the front door. There are many great places to eat in the area and Condado and Viejo San Juan are just a quick Uber ride away. We had one of our best vacations ever- and it was in large part due to how happy we were staying at the Cozy Cabin! It was truly magical and we plan to definitely return!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

Beautiful apartment for our weekend stay! And also in a familiar area for us which was a PLUS! Air conditioning was perfect temperature on the walk in & through out our stay. We will love to book again & definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the airport. The pool was perfect temperature & great walking distance to the beach! Ray’s place is very cozy and had all amenities that were needed. Located in a nice area that is walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops. Beach is down the block, which is a plus. Ray was fast with communication and quick to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Ray’s place.
