Our cottage is pre-war, but completely refurbished into a modern, warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast. Where the toilet used to be outside in the garden and the bedstead in the middle of the living room, nowadays you no longer have to leave the cottage for shower and toilet. Inside, it is cozy due to the warm decoration and the atmospheric wood pellet stove. In the evening, after a day of golfing, sauna or hiking, it is wonderful to relax by the fireplace while enjoying a drink. Good WiFi also for working.

From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Den Bosch/Vught- Het Atelier, something special

On the Bosscheweg, right across from Hotel v.d Valk, is our house surrounded by trees and water features. In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. The hidden cottage is a short bike ride from Den Bosch and, for example, the Regina Coeli language institute. The tranquility, despite the train track nearby, the garden, views of the lake, all this makes this a unique place.

Feel welcome at our modern and clean apartment. It's located in a cute neighbourhood within 10 min walk to the old city centre and central station. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

Unique townhouse in the fortress, part of the Dutch Waterline and Unesco heritage. Close to Loevestein Castle, Gorinchem, and Fort Vuren. Originally built in 1778 as a fortified farmhouse and completely rebuilt as a mayor's house around 1980. Open plan living room with mezzanine and fireplace.
