Architect's family beach house at Dooey, Dogs ok

KatherineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful stay at Denise’s lovely house. Extremely comfortable and cosy, and fantastic views. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to settle in straight away. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of things to do, and Denise supplied some great recommendations — particularly a surf lesson with Surf’s Up on Dooey beach. We hope to be back again!

Teach Maire Mhici

PeterRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a short 3 night stay at Teach Maire Mhici. The accommodation was just how it was advertised, and perfect for our trip. It’s handily located for all local amenities and for exploring the Wild Atlantic Way. Brid was a fabulous host; from friendly and clear pre-trip instructions to checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. She helped make a first time visit to Donegal for two friends a memorable experience. I’m sure this won’t be our last booking with her.

A & J's wee house Gweedore

Jamie & KellyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Extremely comfortable and well decorated house with loads of light and space. Felt right at home as everything we needed could be found inside - cooking, sleeping, bathing, entertaining. Set off the road inside a large property that is shared with the house of the hosts (across the lot). Many thoughtful touches including picnic table, turf/peat fire, and cooking/living supplies. Water and heat systems were fairly straight forward. Really amazing area to visit and this relaxing house makes a great base from which to explore beaches, mountain hikes, villages, and more in stunning Donegal.

An Teach Ceoil, Carrickfinn (with sauna)

TomasRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great stay in this unique place. It was warm, welcoming and it felt like staying in a place where the owners spend time themselves. The rooms were big, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean. The kitchen/sitting area was ideal for us having a few meals, sitting by the fire to chill. The area is unqiue and Donegal is beautiful! Hope to return!

Kitty's Cottage

LaurenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The location is excellent, within walking distance to 2 pubs, the Caislean Oir Hotel (good food), Dannie Minnie's (outstanding food), a couple of takeaways (Pizza at Top Pizza is excellent) and a handy grocery store. It is an excellent base to explore Donegal, within plenty of beaches, tourist spots and scenic drives nearby. The cottage itself is well equipped, with a modern new kitchen, washing machine, air fryer, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, glasses etc. The homemade scones, milk, butter and jam was a very welcome treat! Central heating was responsive and hot. TV with Netflix app was great for chilling out in the evenings. The living room sofa is very comfortable. 3 double bedrooms with clean, fresh linens and a generous amount of towels and plenty of wardrobe space. The hairdryer was also a convenient bonus. Off street, private parking. The cottage was set back from the road which meant it was safe and quiet. We would most certainly return :)
