Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Ansty, Tisbury - Spacious Annex

Our annex features two spacious double bedrooms ensuite with super kingsize beds which can be split into single beds upon request. One ensuite includes a bath and shower, while the other has a shower. There is NO kitchen but there is a dining area/room with fridge, microwave and kettle and we supply milk, coffee and tea and continental breakfast. Bookings for 2 guests include access to one double bedroom. If you would like to use both bedrooms, please select 3 or 4 guests when booking.

The Vintage Hideaway

The vintage hideaway is a self contained annexe attached to my house. It is light and comfortable, it has a bedroom with sofa, kitchenette with small oven/grill and two hotplates ,fridge, freezer and microwave and a shower room. Access from the bedroom to a seating area on the deck ,over looking an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house is close to lovely walks and the historic town of Shaftesbury with a variety of cafes , individual shops and pubs, and of course Gold Hill.

A quiet, private space in the heart of a Dorset village, close to the Jurassic Coast. The recently-built Sika Lodge is set within the garden of a larger late Georgian property. It has a private entrance and accommodation on two floors. Durdle Door, Lulworth, Corfe Castle, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum and Dorchester are all a short drive away, and are perfect for walking, fossil-hunting, shopping and eating out. Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.
