It is possible to have breakfast at our place. The costs are € 15,- per person, 2 persons or more. Do you let me know when you make the reservation? You can park your car in front of the house. At the side of the house you arrive at the entrance of the Bed and Breakfast. You enter the hall where you can hang up coats. Beside this is the fridge. Go straight to enter the two-person bedroom. On the left is the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the right is the pantry/ kitchenette where you can make coffee and tea. A sliding door opens onto your terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or the evening, enjoying the evening sun in nice weather. From the hall turn right. This takes you into the family room where breakfast is served in the morning at the dining table. This room has a one-person bed which can be extended into a two-person bed. B&B Ut Hoeveneind, your own cottage in nature

Our cottage is pre-war, but completely refurbished into a modern, warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast. Where the toilet used to be outside in the garden and the bedstead in the middle of the living room, nowadays you no longer have to leave the cottage for shower and toilet. Inside, it is cozy due to the warm decoration and the atmospheric wood pellet stove. In the evening, after a day of golfing, sauna or hiking, it is wonderful to relax by the fireplace while enjoying a drink. Good WiFi also for working.

🌳 Our shepherd’s hut ‘De Lachende Specht’ is tucked away in the woods, offering peace and privacy. From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Unwind or head out and feel the energy of the outdoors, you’re in for a lovely stay!

This spacious cottage with private entrance is located behind our house (on the other side of our rich garden). ♡ Living room with gas fireplace, cinema, kitchen with fridge/combi-oven/kettle/hob, bathroom with rain shower, a loft with double bed ♡ Spacious terrace with umbrella, garden furniture and a barbecue ♡ Sauna and hot tub for an additional fee (€45) ♡ 15-minute walk to The Hague Market (restaurants and shops) 10 minutes by car/ 15 minutes by bike to the center of Breda.

Just outside Breda in the Brabant village of Bavel is our former farm with barn. The guest house is located in the barn, it is free, in the back of our property. The accommodation is decorated with great care, with as many sustainable materials as possible. Wood and concrete are the basis, the decor is a mix of old and new where comfort has also been thought of! This is how you sleep on lovely box-spring beds! We also have chickens in the garden, so you can get a fresh egg yourself every day!

Come and enjoy the garden house, located in the garden, of the monumental building Withof. Complete with private wellness (Jacuzzi and sauna). The guest house is equipped with every comfort. We offer the guests as much privacy as possible, but sometimes you may encounter us in the garden. Your four-legged friend is also welcome on request (+€20). Breda, the woods, De Biesbosch National Park, and amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Our holiday home Weidezicht is in a rural location, overlooking meadow and farmland. There are many cycling, hiking and mountain biking routes in the immediate vicinity. Our vacation home is not child-friendly, so we cannot accommodate families. Also in the area: National Park de Loonse and Drunense Duinen, National Park de Biesbosch, Sauna and Wellness, De Efteling, Beekse Bergen. The cities of Oosterhout, Breda, Tilburg and Hertogenbosch.

Garden Cottage

You will enjoy a quiet and private stay in a charming cottage situated in a green garden. The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter).
