Spacious above garage apartment with kitchen. Offers full bathroom, living room, eating space and bedroom and private entrance. There are two high quality sleeping sofas in the Air B and B. Walking distance to downtown. Near football stadium. Beautiful view of garden. Scenic area and view of town. Our place is close to public transport and main roads, but still in a residential neighborhood with off-street parking. Also close to the KU Campus, a major grocery store and many restaurants. About 7 minutes drive downtown Lawrence. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Free laundry machines on site! One bedroom with queen size bed. Couch/air mattress available in living room for a third person.

We will stay here again! Casey’s place was clean with abundant towels, linens and extra blankets and pillows. The beds were very comfortable. He had fans in the closets which were nice for white noise at night. This is in a prime location in Lawrence near everything. if you are coming with young children, be aware there are stairs. We failed to see this in the listing photos (our mistake), that there were stairs in the kitchen with one set going down right next to another going up. We brought our young children, one of whom is crawling. We purchased an extra long baby gate from Walmart which solved this and were able to fit it in our car to take home. Just something to be aware of and we still rate this with five stars. Casey is a very responsive and welcoming host.

I very much enjoyed my stay! With all the amenities (in unit washer/dryer, full kitchen) and all the surrounding restaurants and shopping I was able to thoroughly enjoy my time away from home. It made for a wonderful rest and relaxation spot at the end of my busy days. If I ever need to come back to the area I will definitely be booking again!
