House holiday rentals in Douglas County

Couldn't have been more happy with the location of this townhome! Just a few steps to the private lake beach! The view was wonderful! The home had everything we needed and was very roomy and comfortable! Loved our stay, thanks!

Se tiene que seguir un reglamento dentro del departamento bastante estricto. Tienes que leerlo antes de contratar este departamento, ya que los cargos económicos por no seguir las reglas son altos. Si estás acostumbrado a seguir las reglas en tu casa este es el departamento ideal para ti. Pero si tu propósito del viaje es disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia y con amigos, donde no todos siguen las reglas, este NO es el departamento que deberías de rentar, ya que hay algunas difíciles de hacer, por ejemplo, dejar todas las toallas que usaste lavadas, secas y dobladas como las encontraste, si están acostumbrados a bañarse por la mañana, el último día no lo podrán hacer, ya que no habría tiempo para lavarlas (y sino haces esto hay una multa económica). También con platos y vasos de la cocina, el último día ya no podrás desayunar porque se tienen que lavar en el lavavajillas (obligatorio lavarlos ahí, sino lo haces hay multa económica). Good apartment, fair price, good amenities, place is fairly clean. Would come again for sure!

Everything was amazing and great location. I was a little bummed we couldn’t get the sauna to work. However, the pool, hot tub, home movie theater and comfortable open floor plan with pool table made up for it. Great stay!

The location was convenient and close to south lake. The place was well equipped all across and of course as shown in pics, the view from the living room was spectacular!

We had a little hiccup with the hot water but Alexandra fixed it promptly. Also there are quite a few stairs to get access to the home, keep that in mind when hauling luggage and groceries in.

Karen’s place was lovely. The space was clean and you cannot beat the location.

Beautiful stay in Lake Tahoe! The beach and pool are just out the back door. The condo complex is family friendly and our toddler loved playing in the water. Unit is located just a short walk from a marina, shops and restaurants. Unit was well-stocked with cooking essentials and was immaculately clean. It was warmer than expected so we did miss the A/C, but the unit had many fans to keep it breezy (we were able to set one up in every room). Overall had a wonderful stay!

Great place for a quick bachelor party weekend! Host was communicative and a joy to work with. The backyard is nice and the house is gorgeous.

My husband and I stayed with another couple for our first ever visit to Lake Tahoe. The home is in a beautiful, private, quiet setting. The lake was visible through the gorgeous pines of the region. The place was even more lovely in person, tastefully decorated and furnished. I look for homes with spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms with lots of counter space, and I hope for plentiful plush towels and nice linens. This home checks all those boxes! Matt was very thorough with info needed for the place and was timely to respond from booking to checkout, and we appreciated the short list of things to do to before we left. Would HIGHLY recommend!

House was amazing. Beautiful area, kids had a blast. It was better than the photos. We highly recommend staying here and Nicole and Jaggar were responsive and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Jennifer was a great host! Her home is beautiful and very close to all the local attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Jen was always very responsive to all questions and concerns. There is no AC in the home, however, leaving the windows open cools down the entire house! Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again! Thank you Jennifer!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chris’ house. The house fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is great. Bathrooms are very nice, and the heated floors were a nice touch! My grandma has mobility issues so the front pathway into the house was hard with her walker, so Chris left the garage opener so we could use that. Thank you so much for that.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Lovely home by the woods! A very convenient location to everything South Lake Tahoe and the gated backyard was great for our dogs. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great communication and check-in was a breeze. Nice location. We stay in Tahoe a lot. Enjoyed the quietness of the location. The house was perfect for the kids. It had everything needed to get by. The renovations on the house were enjoyable. Price was good for what we paid. Only downside was an early checkout at 10. It made it difficult for us having 3 kids. Wish it was 11. Besides that I would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even accepting our booking on short notice, which we really appreciated. The home was beautiful - very clean, updated, and well-maintained. All the beds were very comfortable, and the space easily fit our group. We felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including quality pans and knives, a blender, air fryer, and a dual coffee maker, which made cooking and mornings super easy. We also appreciated that the bathrooms were well stocked for us, which was a thoughtful touch. The backyard amenities were a great bonus and made the space even more enjoyable. We’d definitely recommend staying here!
