Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations. It was built in the early 1900’s. It does have quite a few modern amenities, but is still an older farm house.

Alan is a great host!! Super nice and friendly responsive to messages. His house very comfortable, everything you need . You feel right at home. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen , lots of extra towels and whatever else you need. Great country setting yet close to resturants amd shopping.

Me an my family of three absolutely loved the cabin it had an amazing bed with the most beautiful view of a pond right off of the deck. The amount of animals we got to see in an around the pound was so cool for my son to see he spent a lot of time on the porch. Our host was so fast to answer everytime no matter the time. She gave us fun places to eat and we really enjoyed our stay.

Simply outstanding stay, clean home, close to everything, nice neighborhood, will definitely stay again. The host was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had and was professional in nature. The location is perfectly situated near restaurants and amenities that one would need during their stay. Would highly recommend!
