En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

I live there and am here to answer you. Place driven by eco-construction project & "fruity and aromatic" farm, sharing, simplicity and respect for the environment. Situé au fond d'une impasse, vous l'apprécierez pour le calme, la vue sur les montagnes et la vallée et sa terrasse extérieure avec barbecue. Le lieu est idéal pour les amateurs de cyclisme, VTT, randonnée, escalade, parapente, baignade et en hiver pour le ski de piste, de randonnée ou nordique et les balades en raquettes... Le télétravail est facilité par une connexion Wifi rapide (fibre).

Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
