Point de départ idéal pour visiter les plages du débarquement, Caen, Bayeux, Arromanches, Deauville, Cabourg, Houlgate.. Il est à l'étage d'un pavillon récent dans un lotissement calme. Une entrée extérieure vous est réservée après que vous vous soyez garés en proximité sur mon parking sécurisé. N'oubliez pas de consulter "la procédure d'arrivée" pour accéder sereinement au studio.

We welcome you to our maisonette decorated in the spirit of BALI for a relaxing time. You can relax on the terrace equipped with garden furniture and an egg chair. Located in the heart of Douvres la Delivrande between the sea and the countryside. Downtown 400 meters away with many restaurants, shops, an aquatic center with sauna and hammam and cinema. Luc-sur-Mer beach is 3 km away. A historical heritage to discover on foot (the Baronnie, the radar station, the basilica)

Large newly renovated stone house, on the ground floor: living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the 2nd, 3 bedrooms, a games room/tv and a bathroom. Toilets on each floor. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available for your use. Outside, two terraces, a garden, a barbecue, a ping-pong table and a garden shed. The house is functional and full of charm. Cleaning fee on request at €90
