The living room tv can be enjoyed throughout as the space is open. Step out onto the porch and enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the horses throughout the day. The barn is only 35 miles to the beaches and only 12 miles to DE Turf. Within 1 mile you will find stores, dog parks and playgrounds.

This house was a great find! My siblings and I came into town for our nieces' graduation, and five of us fit comfortably with room to spare. Having three full bathrooms made getting ready in the morning easy, and the attached garage was much-appreciated for my nephew who rode his Harley. Beautiful modern decor, gorgeous cook's kitchen, and cozy back patio for enjoying coffee in the morning. Easy driving distance to Dover, the Amish markets, and Byler's (our favorite store!). Our next graduation is in four years, and we hope that Cameron still has the house available to rent! I can't recommend this house enough!

A Slice of Paradise: Mom’s Island Basement Retreat

Well described in description. If you need to relax and actually disconnect from everything, this is the best place. As mentioned by owners, the place has very limited to zero cell or wifi connectivity. There was no television reception while we stayed there. (outside antenna reception is based on weather) The selection of DVDs was acceptable for me. Sleeping was fantastic if prefer zero light. Great rest and bring a fan to keep a breeze flowing. (Once again, basement setting as described, was perfect for me) Moreover, if you enjoy reading and just need to disconnect from outside connections, this place was very homey and offered lots of books, CDs, and select DVD to keep you occupied. Thanks for responding timely when needed. (Before and during stay.) A++ renter's

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, fresh, and very comfortable. The outdoor space was a lovely bonus—perfect for relaxing in the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We especially appreciated how close it was to DSU’s campus—just a quick 5-minute drive, which made getting around super convenient. The location felt safe and serene, great for unwinding after a busy day. Inside, everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Overall, this was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!
