Cabin holiday rentals in Dover

We went for our honeymoon, wanted somewhere secluded, fun, beautiful and it definitely was all those things! We had such a blast! We laughed so hard playing darts, basketball, ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, and foozeball. We had a fire, soaked in the hot tub, sipped coffee on the deck in the morning and wine at night, staring at the trees and listening to the birds. The inside was cozy, charming and comfy. Plenty of stuff nearby to do, Sweetwater Grille provided a savory, memorable dinner and Batsto village had so many trails and the historic village there was so interesting to walk through! So grateful we chose this place!

I thought it was one of the best homes I have stayed in. Tom was AMAZING with his responses and easy to talk to. The home had great touches everywhere that showed a well-thought-out stay for visitors.

Sue’s place is a perfect peaceful getaway by the bay. Close enough to restaurants to enjoy a break from cooking, too! The cottage is as described, but the workmanship of the renovations are exceptional. The design and decor add so much to this cozy place. We’d be delighted to return!

We had a great stay at this cabin—very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were all in excellent shape and stocked well, and the washer/dryer was high quality. Beds and linens were comfortable, and the hot tub was a relaxing bonus. Appreciated the availability of streaming TV. Beautiful, peaceful setting. Only wish the patio furniture had been a bit more usable. Overall, highly recommend!

The cabin was beautiful and far larger than the pictures made it look. The hot tub was very nice to use and the place was quiet and very clean. Perfect get away for my husband son and I, not a lot to do in the area as it is fairly remote

Loved this place for a small weekend get away with friends. It was so peaceful and relaxing.

Would definitely come again. My boyfriend and I stayed with our two dogs and we all had a great time. Our dogs loved the location so much they were getting us up early every morning to go outside to play. Location was perfect for some Philly and NJ attractions.

me and my family came for a weekend stay, we had a very good time here the lake is amazing for fishing and you can shop your own firewood, the field is also great for kids to play on. the bathroom are also maintained at a great condition. great place I highly recommend

The Campground was super friendly loved the quietness and clean cabin and bathrooms the owner was super nice and loved the Animals . The stay was relaxing and enjoyable definitely recommended anyone looking for a family friendly campground. Will be coming back to stay again Thank you Michelle

The area: -Scenic -Quiet -Country feel -Seeing wildlife on the pond The hosts: -Responsive -Friendly -On top of restocking/cleaning Room to improve (host is still relatively new): -Night lighting around cabin/parking area, as well as from cabins to bathhouse -Parking lot may need to be expanded, limited spots to park during heavy rain Overall, my stay was serene and I enjoyed it and the hosts were awesome. Definitely recommend.

My family enjoyed our stay at this campground. It was peaceful and we loved being near the little river/pond listening to the frogs and watching the resident geese and we were close enough we could drive into ocean city to enjoy the beach. We did have issues with cold showers but the host let us know he is fixing the issues and updating his hot water to be able to keep up with the demand which is exciting news and we will return again next year!

The home was beautiful unfortunately the weather was not great for exploring. Enjoyed the home.

Beautiful property and a great location!

My family and I, along with our two dogs, stayed at Dan's cabin. It was the most peaceful trip that we've taken in a long time! Dan's description of the cabin and amenity's was accurate. It you're looking for a bougie home, this is not it, but if you're looking for a secluded and peaceful environment where you can unplug, this is it.

Loved our stay! Our son played in a soccer tournament nearby and the cottage was a perfect place to unwind and relax between games. Great views of the lake...we canoed and enjoyed the deck and fire pit. The town and restaurants are just a short drive away. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit, and the setting made it even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

The beautiful lake... the birds... the trees.. what a gem for nature lovers! Bill's chalet was exactly as described. The location was private and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes from the super-cute town of Hammonton (we highly recommend Marcello's Trattoria). The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Bill is most definitely a Super Host; he was not only responsive, but proactive as well. He thought of everything! Thanks, Bill!

We like the cabin because it's not too far from the DE Turf facility. It's also very clean and quiet. Remember it's on a farm, so be prepared to hear (and smell) the animals nearby! It was fun to see the pigs moving about in their area this morning.

This is such a cute place and great host. Will definitely book again!

The cabin was better than the description! Janet is a wonderful host, making suggestions and offering immediate assistance when we had a question. The interior is beautifully decorated and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and ready for our arrival. We will be sure to stay there when we return to Lewes.
