Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in a three room suite at Blackwater Farm. You will have a private entrance to a portion of the house built in the 16oos. The site has an entryway, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom all separate and private from the main house. Spend time exploring the 13 acres of the property which includes trails through woods, fields and along our own beaver pond. We're located just 10 minutes from WWD hospital /downtown and 20 minutes from Portsmouth /Durham.

We're also right near the highway - close enough that you can easily get to UNH or elsewhere, but far enough that you won't hear it. The guest suite has a private access, and all the amenities for a short or long-term stay, including a fully functional and well stocked kitchen and full bath.

Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are walking distance to downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.
