The river Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås, among others. We live on a small farm with pets and a kitchen garden. On the outskirts of the yard on the farm there is a detached house from 1979. The house is family friendly and has a great view. It has 5 bedrooms and associated common rooms. With nature reserves and national parks around us on all sides, it is a good starting point to spend your vacation here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a mountain valley with free-range livestock and a rich plant and animal life. It is part of the Tour de Dovre cycling route.

Mountain cabin next to Rondane National Park

Simple and charming mountain cabin located at the tree line, 1000 meters above sea level. It is only one kilometer from the national park, and it is five kilometers to walk to the Peer Gynt cabin. The cabin has neither running water nor electricity, but it has solar power, which is generally sufficient for charging phones and using lamps. Water is fetched from the stream behind the cabin. There is an outdoor toilet in the outbuilding next to the cabin. The cabin is heated with firewood.

The cabin is fantastically located near Mysusæter center 910 masl and direct access to the magical Rondane National Park.

Mariplass seter

Mariplass seter is a gem located on Dovrefjell. It is a cozy mountain cabin with five beds. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove that heats well. The kitchen consists of a gas hob, with room for three kettles. Water can be found to the right of the outhouse. There is also a built-in "refrigerator". The area consists of a rich wildlife, and if you are lucky you can spot, among other things, wild reindeer, grouse, hare and musk.

Fjellro

Charming and modern log cabin with high standard, idyllically located on Skogsætrin at Rondane National Park. Located in the middle of the mountains, with a short distance to great hiking trails, cross-country trails and beautiful nature all year round. It is fully equipped with running water and electricity, and offers the perfect combination of comfort and mountain tranquility. Quiet area, not for parties. Minimum age: 25 years.

Renovated cowshed from the 1800s. The barn is part of a small courtyard and is conveniently located with a short distance to many national parks.
