Monthly Rentals in Downderry

We had an excellent stay at Sunkeeper. The house was amazing - very high quality with great amenities, and the photos don’t quite do it justice. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication from Ashley and Charlotte was clear and helpful throughout, and they were very understanding when we let them know about a minor accident with a wine glass. The local area is very scenic, and we had some great meals at the Inn On The Shore and the Beach House. Would highly recommend Sunkeeper to others looking for a high-end, relaxed and well-equipped place to stay.

We had an amazing 3 night stay in this fantastic house, it easily fitted 7 adults and two small dogs. The attention to detail in decor and amenities was impressive, there was literally nothing that we thought we needed as everything was thought of and provided and more. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. The four double bedrooms (1 was a king or 2 singles) were very comfortable and quality toiletries provided in the three bathrooms. The shared areas were spacious and comfortable with plentiful seating, and all ages catered for. The hot tub and fire pit on the decking was great, and the view from the front of the house is stunning! Denise was proactive from the start and ensured our stay was a perfect 10 out of 10! We wholeheartedly recommend this lovely home from home.

Rebecca and James' loft was exactly what we needed and what we were looking for. It is incredibly cosy and has an amazing view of the sea. We are thankful for the lovely recommendations, which made our stay even better. Unrelated to the loft, but for anyone staying this summer: bring an eye mask! The sun rises really early and the view is gorgeous, but could hinder your sleep! And another tip, if you're renting a car, go for the smallest possible (and automatic, you'll thank me later!)

Such a gorgeous tranquil space to unwind in. The unimpeded view out over the sea and the ever changing sky was absolutely restorative. Luxurious, well appointed space and the bed was super comfy. The little sun deck was a great extra, lovely bird’s eye spot to survey the world from. A great location to visit nearby attractions. Thanks so much to Elizabeth who was a lovely friendly host but also allowed absolute privacy. Would recommend.
