Our Condo has two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The bathroom is upstairs, so the downstairs bedroom doesn't have its own bathroom. A spiral stairs is inside the unit, you can use outer stairs too. Keys for the downstairs bedroom are the same for the upstairs
