The Barn

Visit the historic market towns of Ludlow & Clun and the nearby Welsh Marches which abound in historic sites and castles. The village is a 5 minute walk with shop, petrol station, local butchers, riverside pub & parlour bar (Sun Inn)

14th Century Medieval Longhouse

Our cottage is the original dwelling in a beautiful Grade II, 14th century Medieval Longhouse. We live in the 'byre' end of the building - originally the 'cow shed' and are on hand for any help or advice - or perhaps a glass of wine... Note - Doorway beams are low and staircase is characteristically steep. Burrington is a beautiful and very quiet small hamlet 2.5 miles from Leintwardine (and the nearest shop and pubs), 5 miles from Ludlow and just a couple of miles from Mortimer Forest.

Charlie’s Cottage, is a self-catering holiday home featuring a sitting room, kitchen, two bedrooms (sleeps up to 3), bathroom & courtyard garden and has been awarded 4* accommodation by Shropshire Tourism. The Grade-II* listed property has wonderful historical character mixed with modern luxury. Only a 4-minute level walk from the train station & 2-minute walk to the start of the town. Free on-street parking for 1 car (we provide a digital pass for your use). No smoking and sorry no pets.

A cosy, rustic retreat in the heart of stunning Borders countryside. We are able to provide a contact free check-in and check-out. I live in a property adjacent, but at some distances to the property. Enjoy amazing stars at night and fresh eggs from our own hens for breakfast. Wake up to bird song and beautiful views.

Welcome to Rock Cottage. This pretty timber framed cottage sits within its own private gardens with glorious views over a secluded valley towards the quiet hamlet of Leinthall Earls. It is a great place to relax or use as a base to explore the magnificent Herefordshire countryside. Ludlow with its medieval castle and markets and Leominster with its many antique shops are both close by. A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome downstairs.

The Hoot - Cosy Shepherds Hut

Our Shepherds Hut has tea making facilities, table & chairs, double bed with mattress and bed linen provided at extra cost if needed. We have a picnic table outside with a fire pit for those chillier nights. Shower and toilet are a short distance away.
