Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown, Boston

We loved the location for walking everywhere and also enjoyed stashing our car in their parking spot. This first-floor apartment is in an old house but you wouldn’t know it when you’re inside it. The ceilings are a smidge lower than I imagined and the layout is not totally optimal, but the finishes and decor are attractive and completely functional. Everything we needed was supplied, and more. The place was spotless. We had a very comfortable and effortless stay. Highly recommend!

I was visiting Boston to help a friend through a difficult time and from booking through check-out, Kathleen helped to make my stay stress-free and comfortable. She was super helpful in suggesting the free buses from the airport and once I arrived at the Airbnb, everything was perfectly appointed and I had everything I needed. The only challenge [unrelated to Kathleen!] during my stay was finding parking, as the area on the weekend was exceedingly busy. So if you plan to stay in the area, I would suggest using ride share apps or Spot Hero to reserve a parking spot nearby. Would 100% recommend this property to future Airbnb'ers, especially for a solo traveler or couple.

We had a fantastic stay at Krisztians place. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. He gave us great recommendations for all over Boston and was extremely communicative throughout the whole stay. We would 100% stay there again. Thanks Krisztian!

We enjoyed our stay in the North End. The apartment worked well for me, my husband, and our two teenage children. It was quieter than expected. The response was very quick when we had a question. We always felt safe in the neighborhood, and the location, being so near to great restaurants and bakeries, was fantastic. We were able to walk to several different Boston neighborhoods from there with few complaints from the family.

David’s apartment in Cambridge exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It was incredibly homey, comfortable, and clean. The location is wonderful and walkable to lots of spots in the neighborhood. David was also incredibly responsive and proactive in communicating with us. I already can’t wait to stay again!

This is a really nice AirBnB close to museums and within walking distance of fun shopping and eating areas. It was spotlessly clean, and Mike communicated clearly and was very responsive. There was a plethora of reading material, including some books in German and vintage children's books such as The Chocolate Touch. The Farmer's Horse is a great nearby place to nab a breakfast burrito or bagel. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing host! Super responsive and helpful when my brain was in fog and couldn’t figure out how to get inside. Every time I had a question, they would respond in minutes. The place was in a nice quiet neighborhood with a 10-15min walk to the Red Line subway stop. Everything was clean and looked like a new remodel. Would highly recommend if you are looking to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but want to be close enough to the subway to have access to the surrounding areas.

We had a fantastic stay at Johnny’s place. The house is great - comfortably enough space for a family of 4 and well configured, well-located 5 mins walk from great coffee shops and restaurants in Charlestown and only 20 mins walk from the North End and central Boston. Johnny was extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at the apartment. It is spacious and is in a convenient location about 10 min walk to subway and could easily use public transport to get to points of interest in 15-30 min. Close to several parks/greenspaces and good restaurants. Maria is a very helpful, considerate, and polite host.

We had a great stay at the Harborview House! Harvard was an exceptional host – answering my many, many questions super quickly and helpfully. The space was clean and as-advertised and worked well for our team offsite. We were able to have our own quiet space as needed but also had plenty of room to hang out together in the various living spaces. Being on the water was lovely and added a nice touch of relaxation to an otherwise busy agenda! Strongly recommend

Marie and Andrew's place was terrific and exactly what we were looking for in our short trip to Cambridge. Having previously lived in this neighborhood in the past, we can definitely confirm that the location here is fantastic. Extremely peaceful, safe, and private but with restaurants, cafes, and the T all within comfortable walking distance. Marie and Andrew were extremely friendly and communicative to us through our stay, and the apartment was clean, neat, and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others looking to visit the area.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this Airbnb and it will not be the last. The location is perfect for visiting Somerville, Boston, Cambridge and any towns in this vicinity. There is so much to do in this area and almost everything is within walking distance. The place is clean and has all of the necessary amenities, plus a few extra! I highly recommend Pema’s place without hesitation.

My family and I had a terrific time staying at this home! Holly was incredibly helpful and responsive to any requests/questions and made sure we felt right at home. The area is walkable and close to a nearby subway station for easy travel. If traveling by car, make sure to decide the parking situation before arriving. I would certainly recommend this home for its hospitality, appeal, and comfort!

This was such a charming place in a wonderful location. Griffin and Carolyn were responsive and took really good care of us. They are great hosts who we highly recommend and would book with again!

Dan’s place was perfect - so clean and in a great location. Dan was helpful and communicative. He even kindly left us some snacks and seltzer waters in the fridge! Such a nice touch.

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

Amazing peaceful getaway right around the corner from downtown Boston. A great location for walking and very easy to Uber to and from. Centrally situated and not too far from all the sites. Super clean home with everything my husband and sons needed. I especially enjoyed the back yard patio and all the natural sunlight in the living room and kitchen! We would definitely stay here again!

Simply perfect. The location is perfect. The apartment is a delightful family friendly home. We loved it. Ideal with young adults and a new baby alike. So well equipped. The beds all so comfortable. My wife and I absolutely love this apartment with city view rooftop. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to restaurants. It has artistic decorations. Kitchen is clean and well stocked. The classic record player and record collection are fabulous. Listening to 70s, 80s music with morning sunshine from skylight and coffee beautiful. And we had a breakfast on the roof top, you can’t beat the view. And Chandra provided all the institutions and local tips before we arrive. We enjoyed everything in the apartment.
