You can believe the hype of the great reviews. Beth’s place has everything I want in an Airbnb. The decorations were thoughtful, there’s coffee and a full kitchen and a great shower and so many windows - all with black out blinds for night. Plus, the area is fantastic. I went on great neighborhood runs and it’s a quick straight shot to the lake too. Plus, the bus downtown is on the corner and really easy to navigate. Oh! And she left cookies for me! Thank you thank you, Beth!

Everything was as advertised. We had a great stay. It was a short walk to good restaurants and there was plenty of street parking.

I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

Staying at Matt’s Air BnB was a fantastic experience. We stayed with our two kids and another couple and the space was perfect for our group. The spacious, fenced in yard made for a great hangout space for our toddler to safely run around. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. Even more spacious than in the photos! Well-kept place, with a fully stocked kitchen, projector, BOSE speaker, and great backyard. Double shower in the master bedroom, and strong water pressure. Entry is easy with a code. Finally, the host is VERY accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Recommended!

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at. It was beautifully decorated and super clean. Had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The host was extremely responsive. The parking was a bit difficult but would not deter me from staying there again. Very close to downtown, about 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Stayed at Lisa's Airbnb for a.3 day weekend with my family including a 2 year old. We had a great time, great neighborhood, good restaurants- 15 min drive to downtown Chicago and train access as well. The place matched description and my 2 year old played with the hens and chickens in their backyard. Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and very responsive host.

Basement appartement but spacious, not too dark and benefit of the use of the outside garden. Kitchen has everything you need, and there is ample storage space. Shower is one of the better I encountered in the US. Came here to attend a conference and will definitely book again if the conference returns to Chicago. Reliable, friendly host, no question was ever one too many.

Ryan went above and beyond in his communication. Very responsive to any questions about the space and surrounding areas. The space was welcoming and very clean. I really appreciated the little touches, including custom artwork to warm up the rooms. The front porch was also a welcoming area in a charming neighborhood. I sat out under the stars, enjoying the view across the street at a large park. I would stay here again without hesitation. Great value! Super host!

We loved our stay at Danny's place! This was our first time visiting Lincoln Park, and the location of the home was perfect. We walked to restaurants, the Lincoln Park Zoo, and the beach. We appreciated being able to have our dogs with us and found the area very dog-friendly on our walks. Danny was kind and thoughtful with all the extra touches and responsive communication. He even caught us in person to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family felt safe walking in the neighborhood day and night. We even took the bus to downtown Chicago, which is only a few miles away. The house itself was very clean and large - our family of 4 plus 2 dogs had plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. We highly recommend the home to others and hope we can return again someday!

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

Wendy and Matt's place was comfortable and homey. The location was great, the apartment comfortable, and we had essential amenities. The building is mid-century modern and designed by famed architect Harry Weese that incorporates thoughtful references to Chicago architectural history throughout while still remaining visually cohesive. One minor issue is the stove, which is electric and somewhat underpowered. It's good enough for minor work like breakfast or heating leftovers but you may struggle producing more elaborate meals. It was a very minor quibble but worth noting for those culinarians wanting to prepare their own meals. The oven is decent but there is only one. Overall, my stay was excellent and I recommend Wendy and Matt's place wholeheartedly. They are excellent hosts as well.

Crazy clean, super breezy place to stay. Neighborhood is fine, but not a lot of amenities. But it was a great place for us to be.

We had a great stay for an extended wedding weekend with our entire family. Adrian's home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were very soft. We felt very safe and the garage parking spot was a nice addition. I would highly recommend his home and would not hesitate to rebook there in the future.

The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind. Cody’s place was a perfect hideaway from which to venture into the city, and both far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to a string of good restaurants and cafes to be walkable. Check-in and house instructions were comprehensive, Cody himself was proactive and communicative, and the hot tub was a major plus on cool nights. Looking forward to another stay!
