Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Greensboro

Kelly’s place was the perfect spot for our needs. Her communication and accommodating presence allowed us to feel really comfortable in the space. The location was gorgeous and we really enjoyed walking out back on the trails. Thanks for hosting!

Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

Josh was great to talk to, he touched base the day of check in and followed up throughout the week, very gracious host

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It is right next to a Walmart and many other stores and restaurants. Checking in was a smooth and easy process and it was well lit outside which helped us feel safe. The whole apartment was free of clutter and clean. I would stay here again!

It was a lovely place, clean and quiet. I did not like that we didn’t have full access to everything and the front desk seemed not to know we were renting. Other than that I would highly recommend it. Place is clean, looks like pictures and close to a lot of stuff.

Such a beautiful place to stay in a great location. Very walkable to a variety of restaurants, breweries and shops. The space is clean and well decorated. The bed is comfy and water pressure is great! It can get a little noisy in the morning with it being right over Krankies, but we were grateful to be able to walk downstairs and have a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay again

We come to Greensboro every year and this Airbnb was by far the best! my sons and I all felt comfortable. No complications, easy to use, conveniently located. I would love to stay here again next year when we come back. Justin is a great host!

My family and I enjoyed so much this place feels like home it was organized and clean, they provide us water and coffee that we didn’t expect. Nice neighborhood everything was perfect we definitely will recommend this place

We stayed here for my son’s graduation and the house was perfect! There is a lot of room for everyone and the kitchen is great. We even had a large family dinner in the house and there was plenty of space to entertain.

We had a wonderful. Lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We will be back!

Our family was in Gboro for a b-day celebration (Mom’s 90th!). The home was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We loved the variety of things to do from the jacuzzi to playing pool. We would definitely stay here again, thank you.

This home is the perfect place to stay in Greensboro. It is beautifully appointed with captivating artwork, gorgeous furniture and stellar interior design which gives the home a spa like atmosphere. The owners were intentional in ensuring that their guests are comfortable and able to rest peacefully. The home comes with everything needed by travellers (toiletries, household items for cooking, etc.). It even came with a bottle of Chardonnay! My cousin and daughter enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks close to the breathtaking lake for hours while reading their favorite novels. We also had fun playing ping pong as well as sitting together as a family putting together a 750 piece puzzle. We only turned on the TV once in 5 days because the house is so inviting and warm that you don't need to watch tv! You can play chess, ping pong, etc. and have fun without the tv (which is unheard of these days.) I was sad to leave as it was simply perfect. Great for Elon parents/close to campus.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

Tiffany was a great host! Responded quickly when needed. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Karim gave clear instructions. Check in was easy. He messaged me to check in with me after we had arrived and to see if we needed anything. I received a call during our stay that my dad who had been battling cancer had taken a turn for the worse so we had to change our reservation and leave a few days early to get home. Karim was very accommodating and he changed my reservation quickly after I reached out and refunded the days we didn’t stay. I was able to make it home in time to say goodbye to my dad. We will definitely rent from Karim again!!

Very quiet and peaceful. Responded quick to our questions. Had everything we needed too. Also a cool little balcony to chill at!

I absolutely loved my stay. The condo was bigger than I thought it’d be. Super clean. I felt very safe. Area is diverse and centrally located. The wrap around porch with rocking chairs was such a plus. It’s quiet and serene and the space is super cozy and clean and has everything you would need.

We liked the apartment, enjoyed the balcony and The Factory's interior garden. It is a spacious place with large bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and provided good recommendations for local restaurants. She was also supportive when we had to change plans. Kernersville downtown is very small, but has a few good coffee shops, a bakery with delicious cupcakes, the Founders Park has a pond with colorful fish, and a beautiful botanical garden, all in walking distance from the apartment. Very quiet and cozy. It was very close and convenient to the activities my friend and I had planned for the weekend. I forgot to pack my travel fan for sleeping but we found a fan in each closet which was a life saver! This place was a perfect find.
