We had a wonderful stay with Barbara and John. The home was very comfy, clean, and organized. Quick responses and lots of knowledge for the area. Walking distance to lots of local shops and restaurants. We hope to stay again on future trips.

A wonderful place to stay, close to UNCG, within a nice easy walk to restaurants, bars, and a grocery. House is clean, quiet, and well-equipped. Comfy beds, good water pressure, nice screened-in porch for sitting. Everything was easy and hope to stay there again!

Host was friendly and answered back very quickly when I had a question. Place was just what it looked like. Perfect for 1-2 people 3-4 if you use the futon fold out. Despite being in a busy city it was pretty quiet. The bed was much more comfortable than I expected. I had a hip replacement a couple of years ago and I was prepared to wake up kind of stiff and in pain like I do when I sleep in other places but I woke up with no extra pain. I was very pleased with the apartment. I had a nice little getaway and a great price.

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

The host is excellent , you hear upstairs if there is loud activity, it is peacful in general. I wish it was a better neighborhood although it worked out for me overall. The shower knob can be improved , the heater and a/c works great. The kitchen pots and pans can be renewed . Greatly appreciated overall.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It is right next to a Walmart and many other stores and restaurants. Checking in was a smooth and easy process and it was well lit outside which helped us feel safe. The whole apartment was free of clutter and clean. I would stay here again!

We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The house had everything we could possibly think of. Spacious, clean, and had a very relaxing, homey feel. Located in a quiet area, it was the perfect getaway while visiting family. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The EV charger was a huge plus! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a ECNL soccer tournament and stayed at Reggie’s place. Its beautifully renovated, clean, with a lot of attention to detail. We travelled with our 2 year old toddler in tow, the chef’s kiss were the baskets full of hidden toys that she found on her own tucked away in the shelving in the living room which kept her occupied in between games during the showcase. When in Greensboro again, we will definitely be staying at “The Beech House!”

This was our 3rd time renting this house and if we're back in Greensboro, we will absolutely rent with Karen & Rob again! They are amazing hosts, very accommodating and so quick to reply. The house is spotless and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed being able to relax before a full, busy weekend of ninja at the Greensboro Arena. I highly recommend this place and Karen & Rob as hosts.

Highly recommend this beautiful home! Home is as nice as the pictures. Definitely a 5 Star Stay! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable for our family. My husband and I really loved the large master suite! My big kids (14yo son, 22yo daughter, and 19yo nephew) had fun with the games and watching movies on the huge living room TV. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The attention to detail was amazing. They went above and beyond to be pet friendly providing extra pet supplies. Our dog felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and we even used the grill in the backyard. The backyard was great and the tv was nice to have while relaxing or exercising out back. Overall fabulous stay! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you Carrie!!

Matthew's home was set up beautifully. It gave me a feeling of home reminding me of my childhood days as I use to live in NC many years ago. Matthew checked on me periodically to make sure everything was good.I had a very peaceful stay. I plan on staying again when I return to NC in the future.

Wonderful spot in GSO! We would stay again for sure. We were in town for a soccer tourney but perfect for my family and I. I will say while you have to “find” parking, on the weekends it’s always free and we found spots Fri - Sun with no issues.

Karim gave clear instructions. Check in was easy. He messaged me to check in with me after we had arrived and to see if we needed anything. I received a call during our stay that my dad who had been battling cancer had taken a turn for the worse so we had to change our reservation and leave a few days early to get home. Karim was very accommodating and he changed my reservation quickly after I reached out and refunded the days we didn’t stay. I was able to make it home in time to say goodbye to my dad. We will definitely rent from Karim again!!

I absolutely loved my stay. The condo was bigger than I thought it’d be. Super clean. I felt very safe. Area is diverse and centrally located. The wrap around porch with rocking chairs was such a plus. It’s quiet and serene and the space is super cozy and clean and has everything you would need.
