This is a self contained one bedroom apartment that is part of an upstairs downstairs duplex. This is Florida and we do have bugs. We have monthly service but occasionally one gets inside .That doesn’t mean the unit is dirty

Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends.
