Holiday rentals with beach access in Downtown Jersey City

From the moment we booked the Airbnb & arrived, to the moment we checked out and landed back at home, our hosts were excellent to us. Our hosts picked me and my mother up from Newark Airport and dropped us back off. Upon arrival of the Airbnb, we were given a tour of their beautiful home. The hosts gave us tips to get around the city, an endless list of things to do and showed us where the 6 train station was, which was only a couple minute walk. My mother and I went for the Puerto Rican Day Parade 🇵🇷 and for the festival, and our hosts gave us tips when/how to get there and other activities to do that were related. We absolutely loved our stay. They made us feel right at home and like family. They brought us sourdough bread, eggs, and oat milk the day of arrival; such a sweet couple! We felt safe even walking back late at night. To some it may be intimidating at first but we never had a bad experience! 10/10 experience. Had everything we needed & was sparkling clean! Will be bac

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

The Zuhro apartments were just as described. Everything was very clean and tidy. Very close to the metro and not far from restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. I will definitely come back next time I’ll visit New York.

The house was spacious for the family every floor had a restroom, very convenient the view was awesome from the balcony cute little house! Very quiet neighborhood, people were friendly walking distance to stores & restaurants transportation was close too! Cute little house! Will stay again if decide to go back to visit NY! Great place to stay! Great amount of space. We loved the Christmas decorations for the holidays. This house was in the perfect location from the train station about 8-10 minutes walk! Couple blocks away is different stores, very easy to find what you need! Definitely will stay here again. Very convenient! The kitchen has different appliances, made it easy for us to cook. Enjoyed our stay :)

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!
