Our stay in Brooklyn was amazing! Travis was an awesome host: friendly, responsive, and super helpful. The Airbnb was in a great location...blocks away from great restaurants, Prospect Park, small groceries. The place was roomy and super clean for our 1 and 3 year old and in a very walkable neighborhood that was safe. We were so happy that it was on the 1st floor! All in all, we would recommend this place to any one and really appreciated Travis' hospitality. It definitely made our Brooklyn trip with 2 toddlers a great vacation!

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

Mark is a great host. Very responsive and proactive in checking in to see how things are going and if there’s anything you need. The space is very cool—historic and decorated accordingly. Although an older house, kept very clean and in working order which is more than I can say for a lot of the more moderns places nowadays where we’ve stayed. The location is a bit tucked away affording you some nice privacy. Would definitely recommend and great for families as well.

A friend and I stayed at this location for a concert and it was the perfect space for two people. Clean and cozy. AC and ceiling fan also, which allows airflow through our. Parking on site is a little snug but still manageable to get in and out of. Check and check out went smoothly!

Denia’s home felt like home. For my family and I, we couldn’t have been more comfortable. With the proximity to NYC and quietness of North Bergen, a truly beautiful experience. I would definitely book here again. Thank you for everything once again.

If you need space this is your place! So much room and fully equipped! Loved that the half bathroom was downstairs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful to walk around. Beds were very comfortable.

Eugene was very responsive host and attentive. Ensure placed was cool for arrival since we were checking in late. When we had an issue he was very responsive and quickly addressed it. Overall place is nice and walkable to boonton historic with plenty of coffee shops & restaurants. Plenty of amenities and he put a lot of effort in ensuring you have a great stay. Weather was typical June rain so we did not get to enjoy the beautiful koipond. However you can see it from office, kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend this place just note that bedrooms and bathroom are all upstairs.

This was a Super Great Experience. We stayed for almost a year. Host was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. The place is awesome for those looking for a long term stay or short stay as well. Very safe and quiet environment with great neighbors. We recommend the place with not only 5 stars but 10 stars.

The Barn was very nice and peaceful. It was close to restaurants and family. Suited us and our dog very well. The property is right next to a golf course and there is a deer living on the property. We saw a fox one morning as well. We really enjoyed staying at the barn.

Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. An extensive living room with a large kitchen. Everything is working. Balcony. Washer and dryer. Tranquility. Mattresses in bed comfortable. At the bottom, you can use coffee from the coffee maker. Well equipped gym. Bus access towards NYC - about 8 min on foot. The ticket cost is 6.9 dollars.

This was truly a unique home in a quaint spot in New Rochelle. A friendly neighbor actually knew the original owner who she said was a Buddhist, which makes so much sense. The decor and homeyness was welcoming and intriguing. The house itself is very clean and well laid out for the space. The house is on a corner right next to a park which not a lot of traffic that comes through. The only downside is the lack of parking, the driveway fits one car. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

Great location! Excellent communication, clean, modern apartment in really great neighborhood. Street parking is free and readily available. Walking distance to awesome coffee shops. We didn't bring our dog this time, but this neighborhood is very dog friendly!! We definitelyrecommend Rich's apartment.

We have stayed at other Airbnb in New Jersey and Danny’s place has been priced just right. The location was very peaceful and had almost everything close by like Walmart, target, dollar tree etc. We were glad to have dedicated parking. The kitchen was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any noise from the tenant upstairs as described by other guests that stayed here previously. The pantry was decently stocked for essentials such as spices, sugars, seasonings etc. There is also a nice laundry in the basement with detergent supplied by the host.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

We’ve been coming to NY/NJ for couple years in a row now and Erin’s place has easily been the best! Great place for our weekend stay, close to train and ferry services. Close to historic train station, Ellis Island museum, Liberty Island and lower Manhattan. Plus we loved all the dogs in the neighborhood, always a bonus to see a new four legged neighbor. Great place to relax and unwind. Her comms were great and always timely. Wasn’t enough time to do all we wanted so we’ll just have to check her availability again! She was a great host and highly recommend! Have a great summer and hope to stay again

It’s a nice place — close to Manhattan by car, and also relatively close to the American Dream Mall. The neighborhood is quiet. One thing to keep in mind is that there’s no parking, and the street is always full. We were warned by neighbors that if you want to leave the car overnight, the license plate must be registered in advance, so we decided to leave it elsewhere. That said, it’s still a good place to stay outside of Manhattan. Also, Karan was a very kind and helpful person

We had a lovely week-long stay at Nur’s place in Jersey City with our family. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed – a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, utensils, comfy beds, sofa bed, dining table, and fans. We especially loved the private garden at the back, perfect for relaxing or drying clothes. The location is excellent – very close to India Square (great Indian restaurants and grocery stores) and about a 20-minute walk to Journal Square Station, with quick access to the WTC in under 15 minutes. Nur was a wonderful host – warm, responsive, and thoughtful. She met us to show how the automated locks worked, left a kind welcome note, and even provided a high chair and cot bed for our 1-year-old. She also kindly allowed us a 1-hour late checkout. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting NYC!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at William’s place! The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the comforts of home—plus some luxurious extras that truly made it stand out. The rain shower and soaking tub felt like a spa retreat, and the super comfortable mattress made it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The peaceful, quiet neighborhood was the perfect escape after busy days in the city. We didn’t spend time grilling in the backyard but it is a perfect space for unwinding in the evenings. William was a fantastic host, checked in on us and was quick to respond and we can’t wait to stay here again on our next visit!
