Great spot in Old Town Knoxville! Comfy beds, nice amenities, and you can walk to Market Square and a ton of fun places downtown. We had a couple of questions and Rock got back to us super fast. Highly recommend!

We had a great 2 week stay! The place was updated and renovated right before we got there which was a nice surprise!:) There were a few mishaps in the beginning of the trip but Christian and the Property Manager, Sharon, were so great to respond and were very accommodating! We would stay here again.

Beautiful space in downtown Knoxville. We hit the local coffee places in the morning and walked to the nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner. There were nice afternoons in the sun on the rooftop deck. The host was great and very accommodating. Great place!

My son and I were in the area for a baseball tournament. Matthew was quick to respond to all inquiries and flexible with our last minute date change. The condo was spotless and he even had complimentary toiletries and coffee there for us to use during our stay. Plenty of parking on site with multiple restaurants, a coffee shop and a park within walking distance. I highly recommend! 10 out of 10 for Millhouse at Pistol Creek.

5 Stars! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, close to EVERYTHING and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

My family had a fantastic stay! Kathy was responsive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was exactly what was describe, easy to get in and out of and made for a lovely week!

Lovely studio apartment that was efficiently laid out and clean. I appreciated the memory foam mattress for good sleep whilst traveling. The host graciously left snacks and small travel amenities if needed, which was greatly appreciated. Easy walking to and from campus while I attended a training course.

Great location. Walkable to great restaurants, bars and downtown sightseeing. Condo spacious and plenty of room to spread out. It was great that also pet friendly.

Perfect downtown location within walking distance of old city and market square so lots to do! Bed was super comfy and all the included amenities were a pleasant surprise!

Kathy is a great host, The place is clean and spotless. Perfect for a short or long trip. Had no problems and if an issue did arise Kathy was on it and ready to help with a solution. As long as you respect her and the place, your trip will be amazing.

A-minute reservation was made while en route from Washington to Dallas for an overnight stay to rest. I had modest expectations, but this establishment felt like home due to its beautiful surroundings. I took a morning run over the bridge. There are numerous restaurants and pubs in close proximity. Parking was conveniently located in front of the building. The host was highly responsive, proactive, and friendly. A five-star rating seems inadequate 😉

Five stars! It was exactly as described. Mark was very responsive host. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Will definitely try to book again next time we're in Knoxville.

A very comfortable and accommodating place. We love that there were snacks and coffee available. Furniture and carpet was clean and plenty of dishes and everything else you could think of. Definitely would stay here again if we were in Knoxville. Bernetta was great to work with, and she was always prompt in her responses. Thank you.

This is the perfect home away from home. My family and kids had an amazing time the pool was amazing. Scott communicated amazingly all the information was clear and concised since the beginning. My kids felt right at home immediately snuggling on the couch and running in the pool. Scott was so kind with my little ones. It was a pleasure staying in your beautiful home and we hope to be back some day. Thank you for an amazing time.

Home was in great condition and in a great area with plenty of things around. We stayed one night for a local event and it was 5 minutes from the arena we attended and was super easy to get to even in the terrible traffic afterwards.

We stayed in the same building last year for an event and enjoyed this unit much better!

Christine place is quaint and charming. It’s the perfect place for young people (early 20s) or a couple with young kids. It wasn’t for me (mid 30s with two other 30 year old adults) but Christie was very responsive and quickly offered solutions.
