Condo holiday rentals in Knoxville

This was a very last minute trip for my family and I. We literally booked it the day before check-in. Matt responded promptly and was so kind from the very beginning. His home was everything we expected and more. We have never been to the smokies before and with his clear concise directions and wonderful recommendations we were able to find his home quickly and were able to find restaurants and stores with ease. When it says mountain views it means, mountain views. We experienced beautiful sunsets, wildlife, watched fog roll over the mountains and got a great nights sleep!! The amenities were accurate to his description and the pools were so fun! We will definitely keep his beautiful place in mind if we ever visit again and we are so thankful for the memories made while in Gatlinburg. Thanks a bunch, Matt!!! Be Blessed.

Good little apartment in Knoxville, TN. It's real close to UT, if that's important. Me, I always appreciate a couple of free bottles of water and some free parking.

Monica Our impromptu stop in your fabulous Old City section of Knoxville was so perfect ! I'm a total history geek so all the info on your condo being an old flour mill ❤️ and thanks for the table book on Knoxville Blues music history ! We had a great walk to the Market Square & delish shrimp & grits @ Tupelo Honey ! Coffee at nearby shop Tuesday AM & art fun shops ! Sorry to be missing the Rhinestone Fest this weekend but possible future fun ! Our 5 th & last kid is heading off to college Fall 2026 and we are now gonna push for a University of Tennessee college tour ! We're considering retiring to Georgia / Tenn area in a couple years but this stop has us thinking sooner maybe better ! Friendliest community & so beautiful ! Thank you for your space ❤️

Great host and the apartment itself was well kept. The building was on the older side, parking was present, but cramped, and there was a little railroad noise. Overall, it met our needs, was very clean and was pretty close to everything. We would stay there again if we needed to be near that area.

Christi’s place was exactly as described! We had a wonderful time exploring the area and we were so close to downtown Gatlinburg and the national park entrance! The view from the dining room and balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The condo was well stocked with towels and amenities. I would absolutely recommend Christi’s condo and we cannot wait to return!

As a coffee lover, it’s the perfect location. Best experience we had in Knoxville. Such an oasis!

Plenty of restaurants within 2 miles and downtown Knoxville and UT campus is only 10 minutes away.

We had a great stay at Chuck’s place. It was exactly as described and it was so nice to hear the river that’s literally out the door! Location was perfect as it was right in the center of town and we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes drive from Great Smoky Mountains NP. The only negative thing I can say is that the bathroom and towels had a bit of a musty smell to them. Overall would recommend!

Great place to stay! Close by to all the attractions & restaurants on the strip! Close and easy to get to Dollywood. The condo was quiet, clean, & safe. It felt cozy and homey.

Stephen’s place was perfect for us. We had a lot of folks coming in for a work thing. The kitchen and living area was spacious and clean. The coffee maker came in handy. One of the units had a shuffle board, which we enjoyed. But the best part is that every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. It’s almost like AirBNBing a private hotel. But better in every way. We loved it and would stay again for sure.

Kylie was an amazing host! The place was clean, cozy, and had all the great amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat not working at first, but Kylie was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within an hour — truly impressive response time! Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Kylie!

Great place to stay with family while touring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Beds were comfortable and every room was clean with amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition after touring the areas. The host was always responsive and made great recommendations for the area. Will be back.

We stayed here with our dog, and it was the perfect fit. For walking and going to eat we were able to do it with ease with its location and pricing! The hosts are incredible and super responsive. Would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria’s place. It was squeaky clean and exactly as described. The beds were incredibly comfortable too! It was a pleasure to communicate with Victoria as she was very responsive and helpful. The location to Pigeon Forge fun was superb. This townhome was also not too far from UT. We would definitely book again.

We had a great stay at Chris’ place. Everything was great, clean, and comfortable. Communication was excellent!

Loved the security of being in a gated community! Home was warm and inviting! It was also clean and well maintained. We were looking for something close to Cade’s Cove and this absolutely fit the bill.

A great find close to everything in Gatlinburg! Comfortable beds, quiet at night. Temperature was perfect as they had two AC units. Free, easy parking. The unit was stylishly decorated and ww loved the full size mirrors! We visited Anakeesta and Skypark all in one day as well as the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.

Was a great spot for a long weekend away from with the family.

Our group had such a wonderful time at this condo. It was so close to Ober Mountain and also all of the Pigeon Forge activities we had planned. Justin was always readily available and answered many questions we had. We rented two units from him and both were wonderful.

Had a great time in the beautiful mountains. The place was cozy and had a great location just a minutes walk or drive from downtown Gatlinburg!

We couldn't have asked for it to be any better, everything was clean and tidy, no dust in the corners, no funky smells, no carpet and that is definitely a plus for me. I did not have to contact our host for anything, instructions were clear before we left home, we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again
