Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown Las Vegas

We truly enjoyed our stay at Xun's place. We originally booked the one-bedroom unit, but the AC wasn't working very well, so we were immediately reroomed to the 2 bedroom unit at no additional charge for our stay. Both units were clean and had everything needed during your stay including a robot vacuum and cool vacuum mop.

We did NOT want to leave! It was a wonderful stay in Las Vegas.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Casita! This was my first time in Vegas and Mike’s second time. Staying at La Casita felt like a mini home away from home! Very cleanly, cute, and cozy place to stay! From the day we booked to the moment of check out communication was A+. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip! Can’t wait 😊

This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!

This listing is a section of their house that was closed off to lease as an AirBnB. Carmen and her husband are very friendly! The space was small and cozy, perfect for us and our 65lb dog to get away from the Vegas heat between wedding events. The bathroom is very small, but the shower is awesome. We didn't do any cooking during our stay, but there were a variety of appliances and cutlery provided, if needed. The area isn't anything spectacular and there was some construction going on, but we didn't mind. Great backyard access for a pup to go potty and the hosts very kindly provided a couple of balls to play with 🐶👍🏼 Would definitely stay again if needed, when we come back :)

Very nice home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very close proximity to the art district and Fremont Street. The home itself was clean, very artistic, well kept and easy to navigate. The tvs in every room are massive and packed with apps. The kitchen is just big enough and full of amenities, like coffee K cups, creamers, snacks etc. Every utensil you would need to cook a full meal. The bathroom is snug but gets the job done. The bedrooms have large and comfortable beds and pillows. But the best part of this home has to be the patio and the large backyard, which was perfect for our dogs! The Patio is an excellent way to enjoy outside while perfectly shaded. Loved our stay, would definitely come back again.

Loved the place! Very spacious and felt like home. Great location to The Strip and a lot of options for restaurants close by. Felt very safe in the community. We will definitely be back!

We would stay at this space again. Easy check in and the room was larger than expected. Nice as it's a little off the strip. Clean and quiet. We really enjoyed eating at the Happy Camper across the street.

Conveniently located easy access to downtown as well as going out to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston for hiking. Grocery store and other specialty stores within minutes.

Great place to stay while in Vegas! Parking was convenient and it's very close to the strip. It feels private and the kitchen has everything you need. Laundry included.

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The place was spotless, exactly as described in the listing, and located in a great spot—just minutes from the Strip. We felt right at home and will definitely be booking again for our next trip. the host was great responding back quickly. directions worth clear. check in went and smooth. the pool area was cool just hated that the pool was not warm. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Was able to get to the strip within minutes of leaving my room.

We had a perfect stay while attending a conference at the MGM. Everything was smooth from booking to check-in and throughout our stay. The unit was clean and well-equipped, and our hosts were communicative and helpful.

Great spot just off the strip. There are nice quiet pools right on site, or you can access the MGM Grand pools as well. Nice to be able to access the monorail, or the strip is about 10 min walk.

Look no further. I won’t gate keep. From the moment I reached out to Peter, he was very helpful with my requests. Arriving to the property we were greeted by respectful employees . The check in process was very simple and easy. When we arrived to the suite it was up to standard. Beautiful. Hands down the best place we stayed. It’s a 1 bedroom but easily can be used as a 2bd. It’s so big and ample. The balcony was wrap around and had the most amazing views. My family of four consists my husband and our three year old twins . The twins fit right in and made themselves at home. We all had a bitter sweet goodbye. Peter’s place has easily turned into our vacation home for each time we visit Las Vegas! Hope to see you again in September.

The condo was very spacious and had a beautiful view of Vegas, clean amenities, hot water, and cool AC! Khalida was very responsive and met all our needs will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The space was spotless, cozy, and just like the photos—but what made it unforgettable was the host’s warmth and thoughtfulness. She surprised us with balloons, wine, and sweet gifts that instantly made us feel celebrated. Her communication was amazing and she even checked in after our first night to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the best tips she gave was to order room service for pickup—it was so convenient and let us enjoy our time without rushing around. This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. We felt cared for every step of the way and will definitely be coming back. So grateful for such a special experience!

Stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was very clean, in a great location, and had a wonderful view. The location was so close to everything and the amenities were fabulous! Would love to stay here again!
