The house was exactly as described! It was very clean and comfortable!! In a great location and the lake outside was a plus!! So quiet and peaceful!! Karen is a great host!! We would definitely stay again!!

The home was just as described. The neighborhood was awesome, pretty trees, loved the backyard, and completely fenced in for the fur babies. House was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying with Dylan and it will not be our last! It is perfect - wonderful location and great host! We can walk to coffee shops and restaurants and the peaceful vibe of the house was perfect for us ( and our fur baby)! Dylan is super helpful and responsive! We loved staying at Christopher's in Capitol View. Quiet, tucked away neighborhood, with lovely city views. Easy to get to. Close to downtown, Heights, and Hillcrest. Really comfy beds.

Tammy’s place was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. I will say, there was dog hair on the carpets & furniture that made our allergies act up but over all, it was still very clean. The twin beds were uncomfortable but the two queen beds were extremely comfy to sleep in! The two bathrooms were such a + in my book. Great place!! Love it so much & it was so comfy/homey!

Sharon’s place was beautiful, cozy, affordable, and PRISTINE! I was amazed by how clean it was. It was so cute, warm and welcoming. My family and I felt right at home. This was such a wonderful stay. Sharon had odds and ends available to us… things you wouldn’t even think you’d forget or need on your trip. I have NOTHING negative to say what-so-ever. 5 stars across the board!

Minor issues at check in but host was very responsive and handle the issue right away. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

This was the perfect place as my son lives in Cabot AR. It was only 5 mins from his house. Our extended family of 6 adults and two children were all coming to Cabot AR. to celebrate my one granddaughter's college graduation, and my other granddaughter's 19th birthday. The Airbnb was spacious and provide beds and showers for everyone. It was perfect with a crib for my daughter's one year old. My sister and I loved the covered outside porch area. We loved drinking our morning coffee while my other grandson, age 3, played on the great fort/ swing set. Bryan was always quick to respond to my questions. We look forward to coming again.

Great spot from which to explore Little Rock. Food and drinks are around any corner and anything you would want to do is a short drive. The house is well appointed and comfortable. Our group was three adults. All beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space inside and out to visit with your travel companions. We will rent this location again if we return.

This is a great house to rent for family or a group of friends. There were 3 bedrooms with different sized beds in each. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom; the other bathroom is in the hallway for the two other bedroom guests to use. The master bedroom had cute swan towels, and the bathroom towels and toilet paper also had cute decor. Bedroom closets had robes and slippers. There was a welcome basket of snacks with waters in the fridge, and the house rules were in a folder on the dining room table. The outdoor pool was cold, but that was expected with the weather. There were pool floats, noodles, and a beach ball. The pool table and couches are located downstairs. You cannot use the outdoor or indoor fireplaces, and the arcade game is out of order. The location was perfect right behind Trader Joes and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

This was the perfect spot for my daughter & friends to stay the night before her wedding! It felt like a very safe area & only 30 minutes away from The Venue at Oakdale so it made for an easy drive for the girls. The house was beautiful exactly like the photos online!

Brooke was an amazing host! She was willing to go above and beyond from the beginning to make sure my stay was easy and smooth. Very accommodating and enthusiastic to give advice on where to go and what to see in Little Rock during my stay. House was very cute, clean and in one of the best neighborhoods with easy access to shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay with Brooke again if coming back through Little Rock.

We stayed here to visit family who lived just a short walk away, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen setup was optimal, and the pantry was fully stocked, which made it easy to settle in and cook. TV and other amenities were ready to use, no setup needed. We especially appreciated the welcome box of snacks, beverages, and toiletry supplies—everything was thoughtfully stocked. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. We’d gladly stay again.

This home is so comfortable and inviting, dripping with charm. It is beautifully decorated and full of cozy spots to chat, read, or enjoy a meal. The garden is also a treat and includes several great seating areas. Ellis is so responsive and kind, I look forward to visiting again soon!I’

Great home for our family. 9 adults and plenty of space for everyone. In town for our daughter’s wedding and home was close to Walmart and Sam’s Club for all the last minute purchases. Home was fully stocked to make cooking dinner a breeze. Quiet location other than the laughter coming from the living room. Enjoy the home and swinging on the front porch swing!

This location was reasonably priced and Mariana kept in communication to make sure check-in was easy. The location was close to the highway which made travel around the city easy. Would definitely book this location again.

Shawn was very responsive and kind. The place was perfect for us. My 4 year old (and I) especially loved the chickens who visited us! Our dog was thankful for the treats!!! this place was top tier to break up our long road trip :)

It was a great experience. So much to do . Her place felt like home. She had anything you needed plus and welcomed you to use it.. We were so comfortable there. She has such a great set up outside in the back yard. We did not use it due to the rain. Next time we come back we will definitely make great use out of sitting in the back and playing the games and cooking out. We still had a great time there even with the rain. Her home is so beautiful alot of heart put in it. Thank you for a great vacation..

This stay was great, the house met our needs for the weekend pet, it was close to everything, yet, it was quite during the night and evening. It is well appointed, with comfy beds, a beautiful and well appointed kitchen, and is wonderfully decorated. If you have an event in the river market or down town area the location of this home has easy access to all of it.

Host was wonderful and very communicative. Home was beautiful, very clean, and very comfortable! Great for a weekend at a conference. Area seemed fine, but a bit away from convention center, restaurants, etc but ride share transportation was accessible. Would book again!
