Holiday rentals with a sauna in Downtown, Long Beach

Loved the location. There’s a phenomenal coffee shop across the street as well as a Trader Joe’s. Apartment was spacious and clean. It was perfect for what we needed as a family of four. Having two parking spaces was also ideal.

Great location, loved the scenery and the fact that there was a lot of things to do in that area. Walkable and convenient. Highly recommend this place to stay!

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

It was perfect for our trip . Convenient and centrally located . East to get in and comfortable to stay.

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the abundance of natural sunlight that pours in through the windows, making the space feel bright and airy. The condo itself is stunning, with modern touches that clearly show the care and attention put into its recent renovation. The location is truly unbeatable—close to all the best spots in Santa Monica, including shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach. I loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the vibrant local atmosphere. The condo was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic Santa Monica experience. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring my stay was seamless from start to finish.

Was visiting from east coast to help my daughter move her things out of USC apt to storage for summer. The apartment was spacious, clean, well designed and had everything I needed and was about a 10-15 minute drive to USC. The building has a small gym and a pool and spa on the roof. It’s in the theater/fashion district of DTLA. The security at the front desk was so helpful. Parking is difficult in DTLA. I parked in an indoor public parking on 9th street bet S. Broadway and Spring/Main which was $15 for every 12 hours and exits through the building across the street. The host was very responsive to my many questions. The building has good security which is necessary in DTLA.

What a gem! This place hit every note perfectly - cute as hell, clearly loved and cared for by someone who gets what makes a space feel like home. We slept like babies (so quiet!), felt completely cozy, and the location couldn't have been better. But honestly? The host made it. Just genuinely kind and accommodating in that rare way that reminds you why you love traveling in the first place. I rarely leave any review but I was tempted to leave one. My whole experience was just AMAZING!!! Form the host to responsiveness to cleanliness to the place that looked exactly like the photos. I requested this booking at the last minute and Jeffery was very responsive and accepted my request within 30 mins. Had a great time. Would definitely come back.

Amazing place with an amazing host! Check in and check out was a breeze. The place itself is super comfortable and located in a perfect spot. Had everything we needed and a fantastic view. It was walking distance to the waterline, our convention, and plenty of restaurants and places to things. Will definitely be booking for next convention!

I had a great time staying with Monica! I loved how close the beach was and that the place had a pool you could use, the place itself was absolutely spotless clean and had everything you needed, and her pets, Tutti the poodle and especially Peanut the cat were super cute and chill! I loved hanging out with Peanut during the day :) overall very relaxing stay!

Bobby was an AMAZING HOST!!! Best HOST ON AIRBNB LITERALLY!!! The property was more luxurious than photos perceived. HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST PROPERTY TO BOOK IN LA NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! Bobby was very communicative, highly respectful, very helpful, and highly professional. Bobby made my birthday weekend the best birthday I’ve ever had. No Kidding! My husband and I had a lovely stay at Nima's place. The space had everything we could have possibly needed and felt very secluded despite proximity to other homes. This is a great place to stay if you need a safe, clean, and thoughtfully organized home base while in LA!

Such a beautiful house, felt so cozy, clean and comfortable. One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at, felt right at home. What an amazing experience! Susan & Melissa were so accommodating, great hospitality. Overall 10/10 stay here and will definitely be back.

Megans place was organized very well and felt really homey! The spacious backyard was nice and had plenty of seating and lighting for a large group. Anything you needed as far as beach accessories was included such as beach towels, chairs, and even surfboards. We enjoyed our time and slept very comfortable. 10/10 host and home! Well worth our stay and would book again.

We stayed here to celebrate my husbands birthday, pet friendly. Very comfortable and spacious place. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Main Street - our pups loved it, they were able to sunbathe in the back. Very cute place in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
