Holiday rentals with a kayak in Downtown Miami

From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The space had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway with friends, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to the beach, great restaurants, and nightlife, but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful when we wanted to unwind. Jessy was incredibly responsive, thoughtful and helpful. We had such a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we’re in Miami!

My friends and I had an awesome stay! The place was super clean, well set up, and had everything we needed. We came for the FIFA Club World Cup, so the location was spot on—easy to get around and close to everything. We had a blast playing pickleball and hanging out in the tiki hut and hot tub—such great vibes. The host was really friendly and always quick to respond if we had any questions or issues we had. Overall, a really great experience. Would definitely recommend—10/10!

Sara’s place is awesome!!!! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. I cannot tell you how much fun it was to watch the groom to be and his best man playing video games here last night! It will be a memory that stays with us for years and years when we remember all the fun and excitement of this wedding week💕 the space was so perfect for our needs this week, and I have to tell you how much we appreciated the special thoughtful touches - the snacks, the Air fryer!!!, the fabulous espresso machine, the extra parking space, the beach/water toys in the garage, the many beds- the right amount of towels, the cleanliness, the ease of door access, easy wifi access, tv remotes that work and are not confusing, and GREAT air conditioning!! We were grateful for Sara’s willingness to allow us to use her covered, gated area to park my husbands car- They truly went the extra mile for us- and all of their guests comfort and convenience- We wish you many bookings and lots of success!

Beautiful home with many amenities, the backyard was incredible. Jessica and Javier were super accommodating which I’m forever grateful. The house was beautifully decorated, house was huge!

The host was on point and seemed helpful. I would ignore all the pictures as it is in a neighborhood, not by a lake or a beach. The pictures of the water sports, lakes and beach are not referencing what the property has to offer. Overall I feel the pictures are misleading so I was disappointed a little when I walked into the house and realized that fact. Overall a great experience at the house. I would have no more than 10 people in that house and I feel that would be uncomfortable for adults. Again, the host was very communicative and I feel made sure we were happy during our stay.

Olena was a wonderful host — super friendly and responsive! The room was beautiful and clean, and the pool area was such a nice touch. We especially loved the spacious and cozy backyard — perfect for relaxing. The space was more than enough for our group of 8. Even the daybed in the study was more spacious than expected, and the sofa had adjustable backrests, which made it incredibly comfortable — even for sleeping! Everything was tidy and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the house and pool. We had repeated problems with the front door lock that has a push button code. We would contact host and she would immediately let us in remotely but the lock should be fixed or replaced. We have a small dog and there was a $125 pet fee for the week. We asked to use the barbecue and there was an additional $40 gas fee. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time in the home. The host was very quick to respond to any of our requests. We requested that the pool be cleaned of fallen leaves and the host sent someone within an hour. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans, everything you needed for cooking. Very comfortable house. Huge TV for watching movies. Easy to find parking in the street in front of the house. Great location, close to Hollywood Beach by car. Would definitely return to this house for another stay.

A Hidden Gem Surrounded by Beauty This Airbnb felt like a peaceful escape from the world. Tucked away in the most serene setting, we were completely immersed in nature without sacrificing comfort. The views were breathtaking, the home was spotless, and the energy was calm and grounding. Brandon went above and beyond—communicative, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was flawless.

I stayed at Jeff's place with 4 of my cousins, so 5 girls in the house. We were anticipating a trip just to hang out at a beach for a couple of days and this was a great place to do that. It was a great stay, we were close to the beach. Jeff had beach chairs ready for us and a wagon to pull them to the beach. It was like a half a block walk to the boardwalk and beach. We spent a lot of time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops and eateries and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach. Their is a nice bottom deck and top deck which we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and playing cards later at night. We would definitely come back here or recommend this place. Jeff was very easy to reach out to and responded to texts very well. He even called us the morning we were checking out to make sure everything was OK. NOTE: There are towels in the bathrooms, but no wash cloths and no dish cloths (there is a sponge) and no dish towel. So next time I would pack each of those.

Toni was very responsive and check-in went smoothly. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and is comfortably furnished and well equipped with everything you need. We appreciated the pantry staples and goodies provided for us to enjoy, including the fresh mangoes. There are lush green spaces and parks nearby and beautiful beaches are a short drive away. Toni provided some nice suggestions for things to do and dining options. Must try Riverside Market, a short walk away from the house. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay at this idyllic location - it's like you're living in your own secluded natural paradise. But then you walk a few minutes and you're in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging round the swimming pool and our visiting baby turtles in the lake! There are fantastic restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

One of the best Airbnb’s I've stayed in! Great value, super quiet, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. Only 5 minutes away from cute restaurants and a great Publix. I can’t recommend Luciana’s place enough if you're looking for a peaceful south FL getaway!
