Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown Montreal, Ville-Marie

Great apartment for a family stay in Montreal. Our host Diya was very proactive and clear with communications for everything from where to park to how to enter to reminding us of check-out procedures. Everything was very comfortable. Location was great for access to Boulevard St. Laurent (e.g. Schwartz’s deli and many stores), McGill University, and Mont-Royal Park. Everything else we wanted to do in central Montreal or old city was either an easy Uber, +/- 25 minute walk, or accessible by Metro. Highly recommend!

Très bel endroit, bien décoré! L’appartement est propre et spacieux. Bien équipé et confortable. Quartier tranquille à 8 min de marche du métro et près des commerces. On le recommande.

Jessica’s place was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable. The washer and dryer were convenient and there is good parking. Jessica was very responsive and gave good recommendations. Highly recommended.

Very quiet and comfortable stay at Andy's. We stayed for multiple days and really enjoyed it. There is security in the building which made us feel very safe. I will def stay there again when I'm back.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé au cœur du Plateau à Montréal. Le logement est conforme aux photos, propre, confortable et très bien équipé. Le quartier est vivant, plein de charme, avec de nombreux cafés, restaurants et parcs à proximité. Très facile d’accès. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement !

We enjoyed our stay at Maxine’s place. We really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage several hours before our check-in. The condo was as described, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a superb shower with multiple shower heads. A larger grocers store Provigo is a few minutes walk from the place. There is currently construction on the street right in front of the condo, so the street is blocked off (no traffic) and there is quite a bit of construction noise during the day. Since we were gone most of the day, it was not a problem for us. I would definitely come back in the future.

Roger was a really friendly host and his place was as described which is a nice apartment right in the heart of Montreal's Plateau. Just prior to coming he reached out to us to ensure we were comfortable as to what to do and how to get in and left us his number to call in case of any hiccups. He even offered an early check in in case we needed it which we did not but was nice of him to offer. Easy as 1-2-3. Plenty of things to do and see in that area and a stone's throw away from the Metro if you want to explore other parts of the city and lots of easily accessible grocery stores. We came in a car and Roger helpfully guided us on how to buy a daily street parking permit without skipping a beat. We enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation on this place as its in such an ideal location. Thanks a lot, Roger.

Beautiful place. The location is too good. Im not sure if it’s possible to get a better location in Montreal, it made the trip!

We were very delighted to stay here during the F1 GP weekend. Easy to access. Very cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. We felt safe and cared for. Very easy to get to the surrounding towns like Brossard, Longueuil and even the city of Montreal. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the town of Chambly but they provided us with a lot of brochures and recommendations of restaurants and things to do around which is much appreciated and hopefully next time we visit we will get to see more of what Chambly has to offer. We had an incredible time and many snacks and drinks were provided for our stay and even the oppurtunity to get fresh towels. We felt extremely cared for and next time I'm in Canada I will make sure to stay here. Very much worth it!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Minh’s place! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a family so much easier. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and kind throughout. We especially appreciated the small touches that were added such as towels, kitchen items, etc. I highly recommend this spot for families. I would stay here again!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

The location is perfect—right in the city center, which made it super easy to explore different places. Everything was within walking distance, from public transport to shops and restaurants. The space was clean, cozy, and had a real homey feel to it. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The host was also friendly and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends!

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

This place look exactly how it shows super clean and smells really good it’s a 10/10

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

Jonathan est un hôte parfait Tout est fait dans son logement pour se sentir comme chez soi et son accueil est au top L appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et très agréable Idéal pour 4 Il est très bien situé, dans un environnement calme, à proximité de tous types de commerces, à mi chemin entre le vieux Montréal et le plateau Mont Royal et à proximité du metro Le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit mais pas autorisé partout, Jonathan est disponible pour indiquer quelle place utiliser Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages quelques heures après avoir rendu le logement pour profiter de Montréal avant de prendre l avion Vivement recommandé !

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Chloe was an incredible host and her airbnb made us feel right at home. It was spacious for a group of 7 of us, with enough beds for all of us, AC in each room and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was convenient - The metro was less than a 5 min walk away and one stop away from Old Montreal. Chloe was responsive throughout and accommodated an early check-in since we were flying in early. We appreciated her friendliness and willingness to ensure we were comfortable before and during our stay. Thanks so much Chloe! I recommend booking this airbnb with Chloe. I would book with you again!

Amazing location across from the park. Walking distance to Mont Royal with many stores and restaurants, and also the Metro station. We really got a feel for the pulse of the city and were able to enjoy many of the summer festivals and activies.

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.

Had a great time. Was a perfect amount of space, and had a lovely rooftop patio. Would definitely recommend!
