Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown, Nashville

I had an amazing experience staying with Collin! He was incredibly accommodating, gracious, and kind throughout the entire process. His patience and responsiveness made everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he was extremely convenient to work with, always finding a way to make things easier for me. I truly appreciated his professionalism and warmth-highly recommend! Right next to margaritaville, across the street from parlor doughnuts, and walking distance to broadway! Couldn’t ask for anything more easier!

This was a great place to stay. Nashville’s main attractions were easily walkable from here. We did a mix of walking and ride share. The place was nice and clean and felt comfortable and homey. The towels were nice. Sacha was helpful and responsive. I recommend this place.

15-20 minute walk to Printers Alley, Bridgestone arena and country music Hall of fame. Close to many great restaurants in the Gulch also. Full kitchen if you want to cook or just keep some snacks handy. Towels are provided but not kitchen towels so if you plan on cooking bring some towels and kitchen sponge. Washer and dryer in unit very convenient. Very clean on arrival.

Great place to stay, clean, and good location.

Zach was an amazing host! I wish we could give him more than 5 stars! Very responsive to our questions and was proactive with directions for checking in, parking, etc. He made our first Air BnB experience one hard to top. We will definitely book here/with Zach again in the future.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for for a long weekend in Nashville. There are great coffee shops down the block. The apartment was clean and worked great for two people. We would stay again with Christy.

The place was nice and the pool was an added bonus with the hot weather. It was about a mile walk to Broadway. The additional $40 a day parking in the attached garage was worth it. We felt safe in the neighborhood and parking garage.

When we first stepped in, we were welcomed by music and scent diffuser. This is one of the most stunning and well decorated spaces I’ve ever seen. All of the amenities were super luxurious. We will never forget how insanely comfortable the bed and couch were. The bed was literally like sleeping on a cloud, which is perfect after a long day out on Broadway. It also is only an 8 minute drive to Broadway. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Our stay at the Kirkwood Cottage was amazing. The home was quaint, comfy, clean, and just as expected. It was a perfect place to come back to after exploring all that the Nashville area has to offer. We especially loved the screened in porch - We had our coffee there in the mornings and drinks in the evenings. The 12 south neighborhood was also an added bonus. Great restaurants, shops, and drinks within walking distance. We were sad to leave when our time was up.

Had a great say. The place was nice & clean. I had some questions and the host answered back right away. Real close to all the downtown action - but the house overlooked a park with a great view of the skyline. Had a blast and we definitely recommend this place to others.

Pristine, cozy, home away from home. I don’t have enough characters available to rave about this place. It was so spotlessly clean and the host was very helpful and friendly. One of my biggest searches when looking on Airbnb is a comfy looking bed and this one met those expectations! I hate the feeling of “I can’t wait to be in my own bed” and didn’t have that here!! I loved the little details like the snacks and local recommendations (which we tried and LOVED). And not once did I ever have to say “I wish there was (item)” because everything we needed was available at the house. There are certain things that I make sure to always bring with me on trips in order to feel more at home and somehow these guys managed to check everything on my OCD list. That’s a first for anywhere I’ve stayed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I enjoyed being able to walk to the trails along the river. My wife enjoyed being able to walk to get coffee.

Everything was exactly as advertised and the house was very conveniently located to Broadway and Marathon Music Works where we were attending a concert. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Nashville

The house was exactly how it was described. It was very clean neat it was perfect for our stay 10 minute Uber to Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are at and plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the house. Sarah was very responsive and describe the place as it was when we showed up. Thank you again for the great experience of renting your house.

We loved staying here and exploring the surrounding area with our kids and pup! Location is great next to Shelby park and a lot of good restaurants. The house is in a very cute and private neighborhood and felt very safe. Loved how close it was to all the things downtown Nashville has to offer. Host was very responsive and offered great recommendations! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely awesome place to stay especially for the Location!! If you are coming to Nashville to tour the bars and be a part of the nightlife, great place to be right in the action! Located right in Broadway and great to have near if you want to go back and change, nap, regroup and head out back to the Strip! Bonus- parking garage right around the corner if driving to Nashville! Cal was very quick contain to questions and a wonderful host! A few snacks, coffee, soap, shampoo provided, along with dishes, cookware if needed etc! Stay and you won’t be disappointed! Just know, third level and no elevator, so be ready to trek, but no problem if good with stairs. Above the Boot Barn a great place to be! Thx Cal for a great place to stay!

Brigitte's place was exactly as described, spacious, and the perfect place for a girls trip! The two double beds were perfect for a slumber party feel and the apartment was very clean and inviting. The area was fantastic with lots of restaurants and bars to visit within walking distance. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely book again with Brigitte!!

Such a great place to stay with lot to do around. The host was very communicative and answered all questions immediately. Everything was very clean for us when we got there and was easy to check in and out. I would recommend this place to people wanting to stay in Nashville.

The space is gorgeous! Just the right size for a quick get away and close enough to broadway to get there in a reasonable time, but not too close to hear the music/bars on a night in!

We absolutely loved this airbnb! The location is perfect with a quick walk to broadway so we didn’t need to spend any money on uber. The room itself was also so nice with so much room. We absolutely loved the patio with easy access to the courtyard and pool area! The host is also so helpful and friendly, she was a great host! We will absolutely be staying here again!

A well maintained condo with nice amenities, in a safe area and so walkable to downtown! Rindi, our host, was VERY responsive and professional.

Delightful, spacious condo/apartment in a modern building with all the creature comforts, including luxury linens, a syrups-stocked coffee station, king-sized (and worthy) bed, walk in closet for all your boots and belt buckles, fancy fresh soaps and a cute balcony for pre-Broadway toasts or an early morning (caramel) coffee. Hosts were super helpful/gracious when we needed to “phone a friend” for a little help with the app in the parking garage. We loved this arty and super-cool apartment, and hope to return!
