Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown Providence

Great stay at this cozy home. It had had all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The location was also excellent, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was a great place to relax. Additionally, Gerald was very responsive and made sure that all of our needs were met during our stay. Overall, I had a great experience at this home and would definitely stay here again in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Host was present and flexible with our needs, especially a late check-in due to horrible holiday traffic. Communication was always easily understood and professionally worded and polite.

If you’re looking for a wonderful one bedroom place in a fantastic neighborhood walking distance to Brown, this is it. It’s even got a yard in back. The hosts are wonderfully responsive and so nice. Street parking was never a problem. The living area is bright and airy. Bakery, ice cream, and restaurants all incredibly close. What more could you want?

We had a wonderful stay here! Bethany was incredibly attentive and we actually got to meet her & chat while on the property. The location is great, just steps from the waterfront and walking distance to a local park. Very private & quiet area, and the unit came supplied with everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place! Very spacious and clean. Matthew was also very accommodating and provided us with very helpful instructions about how to get in, where things are, and wifi log-in info. The backyard and frontyard were also great for our dog to explore around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back another time.

The house was exactly how I imagined it. A very relaxed beautiful setting with birds chirping and right near the water. The home was gorgeous and Leigh Anne was great with communicating and all the lovely touches that she did that went above and beyond. I was unwell and she dropped off tissues and specials teas etc to help and advised me on the best way to get to a Doctor. The place was amazing and a real oasis to relax and unwind on a very busy 5 week trip. We had 3 night here and we wish we could of had more. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

The View - the view ! That’s what we wanted …to sit out by the waters edge and have our coffee and the Adirondack chairs were perfect . The home was very clean , comfortable bed and walking distance to Ocean beach . Sarah was quick to respond to any questions we had . We had a lovely time .

The cottage was as lovely as described and on beautiful grounds. Stephen welcomed us with his delicious homemade carrot cake, a bottle of bubbly and a welcome card for us and a graduation card for my son! It was all delightful! Would definitely stay here again.

Brenda’s place was great! She was very communicative and made everything so easy. The space was very comfortable and clean with a great neighborhood for walking the dog. Nice fenced in yard for letting the pup run free too. Many amenities within quick walking distances and even more just a short ride away. We would definitely stay here again!

Lavonne’s place was exact what I was looking for with beautiful views. We spent a long weekend while attending my daughter’s graduation at JWU. The location was ideal for either a peaceful cup of coffee on the deck or a short trip into town to check out the local shops. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Victorian home with lots of period pieces. Great for adults and likely great for events like a rehearsal dinner or small intimate dinner party, business retreat. Sleeps 8 but know that it will be two per room in same bed.

Spacious apartment in a location that can't be beat: close to RISD and Brown, walking distance to restaurants. It is quiet despite being so central. The place is stunningly decorated, clean, and super well stocked (the kitchen was every appliance you can dream of, both iron and steamer were provided etc!). A perfect spot for a visit to Providence. Highly recommend!

He made sure our check-in was smooth, even going out of his way to check in on us during the stay to ensure everything was going well. The property was just as described, and the checkout process was seamless. Firas truly went above and beyond — his communication and care made all the difference. Our stay was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The building and neighborhood was picturesque and a very easy walk to the Brown University Campus. The amenities were everything we’d hoped from a well equipped kitchen, to great spaces to relax. There were lots of clean towels and blankets. We would love to stay here every time we visit the area.

If you’re visiting Providence, you simply cannot go wrong by staying here! Easily walkable, close to a super cute coffee spot (Brown Bee) and even walkable to campus! Everything in the unit is so cute and well put together, and the bathroom renovations are to die for! We’ll definitely be back!

Anne and Peter have a lovely place! The quiet setting was perfect for sleep and catching up with a friend I stayed with. We got to enjoy snacks on the adorable garden patio, and walked to everything right there for food, coffee, and seeing the sights! They were very responsive and amenable hosts.

This was a Girls' Weekend. My daughters, daughter-in-law and granddaughters. We had a fantastic time. The place was perfect. Very comfortable. An excellent location. We would go back in a heart beat.
