Allison and Johnathan were exceptional hosts! Our Airbnb was easy to find and instructions were provided for entering/exiting the property. Our space was exactly as described in the listing, and the hosts were very easy to get a hold of when needed. Wi-fi was exceptionally reliable for it being a basement bnb. All-in-all we had a very comfortable stay.

Place was darling and super clean. So clean in fact that I didn't even feel comfortable walking on the carpet because I didn't want to mess it up. Host took extra effort to think of so many thoughtful cute details. It was beyond a pleasure staying there. I may or may not have felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.. Super cute area/neighborhand close to pretty much anything /everything that you may need. Would totally stay there again and may.

Quality quality quality! This stay was luxurious and high quality. The cool vibe, the nice furniture, the space was so clean. Every need was met you could tell thought was put into the space. I thoroughly enjoyed the location, close to the farmers market, a local garden. We scooterd into the city, Uberd to the city and drove a car into the city with ease. Truly had the best experience here would stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay was everything and more than what we expected, the place was cozy and homey with more than enough room and we enjoyed the food places we went to! Definitely recommend checking out the Mexican restaurant near by called Carajillo's Mexican Kitchen it was amazing we loved it !

Wonderful stay and my family felt right at home. Bonus stars for having plastic bowls and plates (kid friendly)!

This Airbnb was a great place to stay in. Temperature control was great, everything was clean, and it was very spacious. We loved that everything was in about 10 minute driving distances. The bed was a little too firm for my liking, but I didn’t buy the bed, so I dealt with it. The hosts were very kind! They asked if we were coming in later in the evening so they could leave the lights on for us. They even left us some coffee to make in the morning. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place to stay! Super close to downtown, but far enought to where your not bothered by the clubs or bars. My partner and I while definetly be back in the future!

I stayed in this unit with my small dog for a month, and it was a super comfortable place for a long-term stay! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in, the bed is comfy, and the space is great. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and convenient. Parking was never an issue. Adam and Rachel were always VERY responsive when issues cropped up—I really appreciated how quickly they got back to me with a resolution. The only thing to note - the walls in the unit are very thin, so you will 100% hear your neighbors—just a reminder to be considerate if you choose to stay here. I’d absolutely stay again!!

For my first time being in North Carolina, it truly helped elevate the experience with such a beautiful location filled with trees surrounding and nature. Mohmeet was always responsive and attentive to anything I needed and worked their best to provide the very best. Price was also amazing, thank you for making my first time in North Carolina much more memorable for me and my partner! ❤️

Love this place !!

It was one of the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed. The place was exactly as it looked in the pictures, it was really clean and everything was so comfortable. The pool area, the gym and the sky deck are absolutely beautiful, and we were able to use them, which was really nice. The place where is located is very beautiful and it was very close to all the places we needed to be. It felt very safe to be there. Grace was very friendly and responded really quickly to all of my questions, which I really appreciate. I would 100% recommend to stay there if you are in Raleigh.

Perfect location. Close enough to walk but far enough that there was no noise issues. It was about 3-4 blocks to a lot of bars and restaurants. It was the "college" area so there was a lot of young adults on the streets at night but we were able to find spots that fit our crowd. We just used the space to sleep and get ready and it fit our needs perfectly. Lauren was responsive and a helpful host. We would stay here again.

The Urban Owl’s Roost was absolutely gorgeous. It was far more spacious than we anticipated, with an airy and homey feel. The natural lighting through the windows upon walking in was beautiful, and every window facing anything but trees was well equipped with easy to use blinds. Each bed was very well made and clean, and each and every dish was spotless. The home had an array of readily laid out conveniences that were very appreciated, and added to the comforting environment. Even the shower and sinks had amazing water pressure. The entire home was a dream, with everything given a personal touch, and the hosts were very accommodating. If we ever have need for an airbnb again, I hope to find myself in this one. As two women traveling, I doubt we could have possibly felt safer anywhere else.

I loved this place so much , the location was so awesome right in the middle of everything downtown. I enjoyed it so much. I love the apartment itself. I love how it had the entrance. It was right down the street. I felt like I was in New York City. It was an amazing place. I would stay there every time if I couldplus the host was awesome.

Exactly as described and met all my expectations

Emily’s home was bright, comfortable, and set in a beautiful, leafy neighborhood filled with trees and gardens. The setting was peaceful and quiet, yet just a pleasant 15-minute walk from downtown Durham’s vibrant mix of restaurants, cafés, and bars. A perfect introduction to Durham’s relaxed and welcoming vibe.

I had an amazing time here with my partner. The suite was clean and really made you feel like you’re in a home away from home. The hot tub and pool were our favorite aspect of the accommodation. Angela is a super thoughtful, amicable, and informative host.

Amy was a great host. She was easy to reach and the check-in/check-out guidance was clear. The room was perfect for a few nights @Chapel Hill.

Relocating to Durham with a young family, Anne's unit was the perfect 🥰 place to transition from the Northeast. What a true blessing, Anne provided toys for my young children, opened up soccer ⚽️ time when the field was available, and the bonus was a three minute walk to the local park! I couldn't think of a better family to connect with than Anne's family. We love the thoughtfulness of the unit, plug in USB outlet tables, working desk area for professional, large closet, and the awesome espresso machine 👍. Thank you for opening your unit to the community.

I enjoyed staying here in Raleigh. The August door app wasn't working at first to unlock the door, but when I called the number for the host, they were able to let me in with a lock box physical key. The space was large, and the host communicated often to check-in and provide local recommendations. There were some issues with the Wi-Fi (it didn't work when we tried to connect with our phones and it didn't work on the smart TV). I think if I had reached out to the host they would have been able to fix it, but it wasn't working when I tried a few different times. I wasn't there long enough to reach out about it, but it may be something to check in the future to ensure it is working and the tv is hooked up to it.

This was a perfect place for us. Short walks to all of the cool spots in Brightleaf and Downtown Durham, and easy access to the local campuses. The place was clean and felt like home. Very pet friendly if you are looking for that.
