Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Reno

Great stay. For the most part the apartment was clean and easy to access freeway and navigate through the city and neighborhood. Pretty quiet neighborhood with a nice park next to it. Connie was nice and very accommodating. The only issue I had with the stay and not Connie or her listing is the neighbor below. I woke up in the middle of the night to take my child to the restroom and the neighbor below aggressively pounded on the ceiling. Which I thought was pretty extreme measures. Then then that amazing and would suggest others to stay as well.

This week/weeend was my first real experience with Airbnbs. We had a different one before staying at here, and it came with a few issues. This place, on the other hand, was a total game-changer. Incredibly accommodating—letting us check in early, extend our stay, and check out a bit later, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with useful cooking items, and the location was perfect for everything we needed downtown. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. My family and I are now fully convinced that Airbnbs can be a fantastic option—especially when hosted by someone as awesome as Michelle and Christine. We’d definitely stay here again!

I’ve been coming to Reno for years now and this is the first time I stay at an Airbnb instead of a hotel here in Reno. It was great! The location was very close to the casinos and restaurants. It was very clean inside and just as described. The area was very peaceful and quiet. The balcony overlooking the river was a plus. The only thing I will say is I drive a Chevy Tahoe and I had a bit of a tough time getting into the spot but I was able to get in. If you drive a suburban then street parking may be the best option for you. Great place overall! I would definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The host was very good at communicating any information needed and checking in and out was very easy. The location was very convenient for everything I needed to do on my trip to Reno.

Jennifer's place was fabulous! Beautiful river and city views. Walk along the river walk to some of the best restaurants in Reno. This will always be our go to in Reno!

Matt’s place in Reno was great for my wife and I. Great location right next to the river, we spent a lot of time just walking alongside it. Right in downtown, easy walk to midtown for a different vibe. Matt was great with instructions for the place, clear and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

First and foremost, I want to say how incredibly kind Christina and Andy were when communicating. They provided clear and accurate instructions. They were extremely quick when responding. The Airbnb was exactly how it was described, and the pictures were all accurate. When I checked in, the first thing I noticed was how clean the apartment was. When coming to any hotel or Airbnb, I always double-check areas people tend to overlook while cleaning, and I found this place to be spotless. The place was nicely decorated and made me feel comfortable and at home. I didn’t have any trouble connecting to wifi and I really enjoyed all the natural sunlight. Overall, I would give this experience a 10/10. I had a fun time in Reno and an enjoyable stay at this Airbnb. I will be booking again when I come back!

Nice, efficient apartment in a fantastic location. There are tons of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a few minutes' walk. The apartment had everything I needed for a month long stay.

Great place to stay in the heart of Midtown Reno. The place was spotless and Teresa is a wonderful host!

Overall fantastic stay. The only thing that could have been a complaint at all was simply that a couple mirrors were not attached to the wall or a door and I had a stay with a toddler. I ended up putting the loose mirrors in a linen closet so he didn't knock one over and get hurt or break it. Maybe list it as less child friendly or secure those mirrors. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Mary could not have been a better or more responsive host. The property exactly matched the description and photos. Clean, comfortable and perfectly located for our needs. The extra touches were great and very much appreciated. Would easily recommend this place if in Reno.

Excellent experience

I loved everything about our stay here by the marina. Gorgeous water view and snow capped mountains in the distance, and lots to do nearby. Great central location for all Reno/Sparks destinations. We had breakfast a few mornings at lighthouse cafe downstairs and walked around the water. The rental was exactly as advertised with lots of little thoughtful amenities in the room/bathroom such as toiletries, q-tips, flossers, sunscreen, aloe, ice packs in the freezer, condiments in the fridge, etc. Chris was responsive and helpful with our request for an early check-in. I would absolutely stay here again soon!

The place is very nice I recommend the staff who work are very attentive as soon as you occupy something, the truth is excellent friendly and very professional, thank you very many years that work there 👍

Wonderful condo: quiet, super clean and well-decorated, high ceilings, big windows, great view. An especially great stay of you are a dog owner… there is a walking trail around the lake right outside the door. Also walkable to great shopping and restaurants.

This air bnb was all good! Just a quick stop over for us on the way to Tahoe. Sibin was a great host. The place is pretty basic but had everything we needed

My son and I stayed here for a weekend at the convention center. I find casinos fun in very short spurts, but I avoid sleeping at casino hotels. The Alexander is great for a short stay with young kids. Lots of amenities geared towards family fun. This unit is very clean and quiet with plenty of space for two people (if you are ok sharing a king bed). I got the feeling that this would be a good place to sleep for a mount Rose ski trip too. Good brewery & pizza spots nearby and easy access to freeway. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. And tip: fill out Lusso’s online forms early. I waited until 5pm on check in day. Check in is at 3pm and I assumed 5pm would be fine. BUT, Lusso processes the online forms manually and we had to wait outside about an hour before we could get lockbox code for the keys.

The host was incredibly kind and very helpful. They explained everything I didn’t know and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. They constantly checked if I needed anything, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone — you’ll be in great hands!
