We are close to San Jose Airport, Convection Center, Train/Bus station, highways 280, 101, and 87. NOTE: We are compliant with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines to keep our quest and ourselves safe.

Our charming SOFA District Victorian (on 2nd St.) is 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to San Jose McEnery convention center, center for performing arts, SJSU, restaurants, Tech Museum, rock climbing, Ritz & bars. SAP (Sharks & concerts) is a 15 minute walk. (We are in the real downtown perimeter.) This reservation is for our fully-loaded, newly remodeled detached unit bedroom studio in the back of the home. To add guests beyond 2, cots and twin mattresses need to be added, so please schedule.

Susanna was very responsive to all the questions and requests. Location was great and reasonably priced for the expensive San Jose. Bed was very comfortable and had a great sleep. WiFi was good and could comfortably work remotely. For me it was a very convenient stay.

My daughter had a wonderful stay! Ms. Kathy and Mr. Lin were incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The space was spotless — you could tell cleanliness is a top priority. Every corner of the home was tidy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom exceptionally clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to shops and restaurants. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and cozy touches throughout the home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay!

I was here for short stay, but this makes me feel like home. Personally, decent place for people who are looking for long stay like internship here. It is in a walking distance to caltrain station and bus stop is right across the house. Jian is so friendly and responsive. She responded to the chat quickly and gave me a ride to Caltrain station for free as well.
