Davis is the ultimate host and his townhome is perfect! Look no further than here to have an amazing stay. There isn’t a single thing that didn’t meet or exceed our needs. Clean, clutter free, great beds and bathrooms, water always hot, quiet at night for restful sleep, great layout and use of space with furnishings. The location is PRIMO. We had events in Mesa, Tempe, and Scottsdale. Access in and out is SIMPLE and stress free. We loved walking to Old Town, too. David had an extra playpen available to use on main floor for our infant-thank you! If you are fortunate to make this your place to stay, you will be blessed. The instructions sent prior to arrival were spot on and super easy to follow from parking to getting inside. The layout was perfect! I had one question about the TV and Dana got back to be right away. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed in this place for about a week as a resting point during our roadtrip. It was super peaceful and clean. It had a very comfortable and welcoming feel and was a perfect place to relax in a great location in Scottsdale. It’s walking distance to a market and coffee and also very close to old town Scottsdale. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and was very flexible. Highly recommended.

I came here for a procedure at New Directions Fertility Center (NDFC) and am so glad I booked Tim's place! it's conveniently located across the street from a supermarket, close to a bus stop that'll take you to NDFC, and walking distance to old town Scottsdale. The place itself is very relaxing and has everything you need. Nicole, the co-host, was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this place! 😃
