Really nice apartment in a great location with a very responsive host, plus the rooftop was amazing!

Great communication and instructions for entry and checkout. Very walkable to major attractions - Pike Place Market, aquarium. 10 minute walk to get the monorail for the space needle and Chihuly Garden (which was spectacular!). Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Stayed for two nights for a concert at T-Mobile Park, couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Super walkable, great access to Pike Place, the waterfront, venues, and restaurants. The unit itself is clean and neat; it was amazing to come back to such a comfortable bed after a long concert :)

Great apartment with terrific views over Seattle. It has well appointed furnishings and appliances. Jeff and Shimon are perfect hosts. Very thoughtful, professional and proactive with their communication and offer to help with anything we needed. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall, this was a good stay! We were traveling from out of state, and Tuan’s place was a good home base for a couple of nights. Transportation from the airport was easy, check-in was smooth, and it was within 20 minutes of all of the things we wanted to see/do. The bed was very comfortable, and while there is some noise outside (busy street), it is nothing out of the ordinary for a major city. Tuan was both responsive and helpful. My only wish was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit better. I would stay here again if visiting Seattle again!

A great studio near Pike Place! Everything was clean and Sarah was very easy to get in touch with. She even supplied watercolors for guests to paint with, which was a welcome touch :)

Wonderfully clean and well organized place with lots of useful and thoughtful little amenities, and a great location nestled between downtown Seattle and Capitol Hill, two of my fave districts in Seattle, with lots of walkable amazing food and shopping options.

Great location, enjoyed walking everywhere we wanted to visit. Clean space, low city noise, I would definitely stay here again if visiting this part of Seattle again!

We really enjoyed the location this place offered, and the roof top alone is pretty awesome with great views of Seattle with the Space Needle front and center. The area is very walkable, with plenty to do, see and eat around the area!

Fantastic place to stay. Location couldn't be any better. The photos shown are 100% accurate and the real view and experience is even more spectacular. Look out over the beautiful water, see the mountains, look over Pike Place, and amazing sunsets. This unit is very well done and the building security people were great. This is one of the best AirBNB experiences I've had in the ten years I've used AirBNB. Clean, uncluttered, well laid out, all the handy things to have around. A bonus for us was having the Target/CVS right there. Having that full grocery was super helpful.

I definitely recommend staying in Kristi’s airbnb. The property is absolutely beautiful, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood walking distance from everything you need. Kristi herself was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and her cute little dog Cookie was possibly my favorite part of the stay. 10/10 experience, I will be booking her airbnb again next time I come out to seattle.

Stayed at Chris’s place for 3 weeks for work up on First Hill. For me, this place was perfect. Though a parking pass was provided, I didn’t need a car and enjoyed the 1.25mi walk to the hospital through the neighborhood and Seattle University. The unit is not in the dense downtown but is a leafy neighborhood with lots of authentic Seattle character. You are half a block to great grocery and dining of all levels (eg coffee shop, tacos, bars, and 5* restaurant ) The full size kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils as well as some basics, salt sugar pepper. For a basement apartment there was lots of light. The shades were good but not total blackout and if you are a light or late sleeper or not used to Seattle summers with early sunrise and late sunset. you might want an eye mask. Also the little ones are up by 7, which didn’t affect me, but you may want ear plugs in addition to the sound machine. Regardless, the bed was comfortable and I never had a problem with city noise.

Geng was a wonderful host and it was extremely easy to find and access the studio. Everything was nice, clean, and as described. Geng left many recommendations for the area and the studio was located in a very walkable area close to many tourist sights. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful place to crash for a few nights when traveling to Seattle. You can tell the host puts effort into making sure their guests are comfortable throughout their stay. We were even able to check-in early which was nice! Felt like everything we wanted to do was within a mile or less. Great stay!

This is a really beautiful place! Because we visit our son at UW pretty regularly, we stay in many AirBNBs. This one is really above and beyond! The kitchen is really well appointed, which means a lot to us because we prefer to eat in. Everything is so clean; towels are great, as are sheets, extra pillows, etc. Our only complaint is that the blinds in the bedroom do not block out light, which with extended daylight hours in the spring and summer, is a bit harsh in the morning.

Such a cute spot—perfect for a getaway with my boyfriend! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Parking was super easy, which made things even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Elvir was very prompt to respond and accommodated my flexible schedule without question. This apartment was in a very walkable area and included parking which was a huge plus for housing my car even though you can get to many restaurants and bars on foot. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Melissa’s place is exactly as pictured. It is in a great location right on the water and within walking distance to Pike Market. It was very clean and spacious. Melissa was very quick to respond to any questions and give local suggestions. Would definitely stay here again! We were able to walk almost everywhere. The waterfront walk was beautiful and flat. We were even able to listen to a show from our balcony! Some of our favorite activities were Starbucks Roastery, all the wonderful bakeries and Chihuly Glass Museum. Favorite restaurants were Chihuly Glass Garden restaurant, The Fishermans Restaurant and Conversations. would live to visit again!

One of the most comfortable places we've stayed in! It seemed like a lot of thought had been put into the organization of the kitchen and the guidebook, and things were labeled well. There was a nice bidet for the toilet, and I personally enjoyed the forest green aesthetic of the bathroom. Thank you Kevin, for a great week-long stay!

Was in Seattle for 5 nights visiting Son. Martin’s place was perfect for us. Close enough to everything, first class area. Great view from the room, Walkable to most everything. Obviously the management is focus on safety and security, which was important to us. If we returned we would 100% stay here again.

Gem of a spot. Jeff put a lot of thought into the design. Bathrooms got heated floors and double shower heads! Shout out Spencer for sharing!

It was a great pleasure to stay with Ron. Everything was just as described. We especially loved the beautiful park just east of the house and the easy drive into and out of the city. We spent every evening in the hot tub with a beautiful view of the sunset over the sound!
