Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Winnipeg

Booked up fast, I was only able to stay one night, would have liked to stay longer. It was a great spot and lots of options for food within walking distance.

Great location in South Winnipeg. Kiren was great and accommodating. We travelled with our pup and had access to the backyard for the dog. Basement suite is very roomy and has everything we needed. We will definitely stay with Kiren next time we’re in Winnipeg.

Great location ! Enjoyed the balcony and the proximity to restaurants. Great value. Rooms were clean and inviting. Parking was tight if you have a large vehicle. Would book again.

We only stayed there for one night but it’s a really great place. It’s in downtown so everything is nearby. Some great restaurants and bars at a walkable distance. The place is well kept and we didn’t find any issues.

EQ’s place in Winnipeg was really well located for Exchange District and Goldeyes / Jets stadiums. Really enjoyed my stay and especially liked hanging out on the rooftop area on a sunny evening.

A nice place to stay. Convenient location and easy to walk to interesting places ... The Forks, shops and restaurants on Osborne. (Sad that I didn't have the chance to check out Buvette, the restaurant right downstairs.) The apartment was clean and was perfect for our stay. Lisa was very responsive to our questions. Enjoyed it very much.

Oriana was very prompt (2-3 minutes) in responding to a question I had. The suite was very clean and homey. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing I had great time comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at Chidera’s place. It is super clean, comfortable and modern with everything we need. The apartment also has its own designated parking space. Save on food is just behind the building, very convenient for groceries. It is also close to downtown . With a car, it is easy to go around. Chidera is a great and warm host. She provided us with milk, egg, bread and candy, so generous, made us feel at home, thank you so much!

Brigitte is an incredibly proactive and responsive host. The condo located in an area that is central to all amenities. The condo was perfect for our stay for the Manitoba Marathon and shopping. Checking in and locating parking was a very clear process. The condo is a great size and was very tidy. We had a very comfortable stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

This is a great place to stay in North Winnipeg. Located on a quiet residential street, and plenty of space and amenities.

This stay was truly remarkable! Wendy’s place radiates comfort, perfectly reflecting the pictures and offering a sense of safety and privacy. I wholeheartedly recommend it! It remains my trusted retreat in Winnipeg.

Curtis and the other hosts who share the property are very quick to respond and very accommodating. An efficient little apartment in a building located on South Osborne, within easy walking distance to several great restaurants and night spots. Our stay in Winnipeg was extended and we are lucky enough to have been able to move to another apartment in the same building. Thanks, Curtis!

I am a regular user of this house, and each year Rebecca manages to present the accommodation in a very fresh light. The welcome feel is reflected by Rebecca's genuine interest in the welfare and comfort of her guests , and her friendly personality shines through I will be back.

From the minute we stepped into Rebecca's lovely upstairs apartment we felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided-soft towels, kitchen items, shampoo and even a bar of soap. The laundry area was amazing and we really appreciated the scent-free laundry detergent. The kitchen is very well-equipped and user-friendly. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It got pretty hot when we were there and we found the AC to be very quick to take effect. Plus the layout of the place is fantastic! There's a small office with a daybed for relaxing, as well as a large living room on the top floor complete with Roku TV. Rebecca left a detailed binder outlining her house requests, as well as lots of great recommendations for activities in Winnipeg. Rebecca was easy to reach and answered our questions quickly. Overall a very comfortable and welcoming place in a lovely neighbourhood. Highly recommended.
