Suited my needs perfectly central to inner city and the surrounding suburbs

Place was great. Curtis was very resonating and left helpful instructions. Neighborhood was great although there'd be random people (who don't appear to be fellow airbnb guests) hanging out at the porch right beside the door for some reason. Otherwise place was as described. Overall very satisfied

Great place to stay while in town, with a name like executive stay, you know it’s worth it

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Michael and Jaclyn's beautiful Scandinavian-style condo, and I can't recommend it enough! After returning to Winnipeg and navigating some significant life changes, this space has truly felt like a sanctuary. The condo is immaculate, bright, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to unwind and for me to settle down. Every corner reflects a sense of warmth and comfort that instantly made me feel at home. What truly sets this experience apart, however, are Michael and Jaclyn as hosts. They are genuinely the best hosts you could ask for—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you might need. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. From now on, this will be the only place I stay in Winnipeg. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay with amazing hosts, look no further than Michael and Jaclyn's condo!

I had a comfortable stay. The area is convenient, every bus you need is in front of this listing. It's a busy area, so be aware you will be hearing sirens during the day and night but thats typical of busy areas. The building has great security measures, and is very clean. The apartment is very modern! it comes with it's own washer + dryer as well.

It was very private and peaceful, barely saw anybody so it’s an introverts paradise. Overall very cozy place to stay, a lot of restaurants that are walking distance. Convenient.

It is what they said it was and we had a great stay. Some nice coffee shops in walking distance.

I love Winnipeg because of Donovan’s place. When we arrived Winnipeg airport for the first time, we knew that we landed on the moon. I was worried about the -18’C on March, but as soon as we entered Donovan’s place, it cleared all worries in the world. The place is huge, well protected, and very warm! Outside cold wind turned into fresh crisp air! Everyone in Winnipeg was indeed “Friendly “. Every building that we entered was so warm. Great place, friendly people, I love Winnipeg.! Thank you Donovan! Worth every dollar! Recommend for all!

Very much enjoyed Chelsea’s high floor apartment with a balcony overlooking the city. Host was very responsible and allowed for a flexible earlier check in. Every thing worked as it should and the beds were really comfortable as well.

Mike was really accommodating and flexible! He was easy to communicate with and would definitely recommend staying at this property!

I like this area. Curtis and Godfrey are always responsive and great hosts.

Nicely furnished, clean and very comfortable. The hosts are great; respond quickly and communicate well. You need a car to get around since it is on a busy street with few stores/restaurants nearby, but the dedicated parking space addresses that. Close to the university and safe, I would recommend to fellow travelers!

The apartment was perfect for my week-long stay. it was centrally located and within walking distance to the museum, the Forks, and the convention center. It was clean, and E.Qs instructions were spot on! Unfortunately, I was on a business trip and the wifi was finicky, but my hotspot connectivity was good. I would recommend this space to anyone coming to Winnipeg and looking for a cozy, clean stay. ** The washer and dryer combo was a bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location for attending a show at the Canada Life Centre. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated that Roy provided clear instructions related to parking and upgraded amenities like snacks, a Nespresso machine, power reclining sofa and plenty of towels. The building’s roof top lounge/patio area was a bonus- it’s an excellent place to hang out in the evening and play a game of pool. Of note if you’re a light sleeper- the unit overlooks Portage Ave and the road noise at night can be loud at times

My second stay here. Very clean. Secured parking is nice to have. My fave place in Winnipeg. Super quiet building.

I stayed here for 3 weeks while working on a research project at the University of Manitoba. The location was perfect. It was right next to the Fort Rouge transit station, which will get you to U of M or downtown in 20 minutes or so. The apartment was really cosy and has everything you need for a longer stay (fridge, cooker, etc.). Really loved it here.
