Comfortable in summer and winter with its wood fiber insulation and heat pump (air conditioning), it is the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Shops, restaurants, bars and a theater are nearby. Free parking 5 minutes away, paid parking 2 minutes away (1 hour free). Train station is a 15-minute walk away.

Ideally located to enjoy the center of Toucy and the big market on Saturday morning. Close to Auxerre, Guédelon, Parc de Boutissaint, Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye. Benefiting from independent access, this 30 m2 accommodation offers you a bedroom (160 x 200 bed), a cozy living room with sofa bed (160 x 200), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Our apartment is ready to accommodate children and babies for a family stay (baby cot on request).

This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
