Underground Apartment - Poznań, Old Town

We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

Morelife House is a year-round house located in Tuczno on the border of the forest and on the shore of a lake, covered by a quiet zone with access to the pier. For guests, there is a renovated stable with a living room with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom. House on the edge of Drawieński National Park. Guests have access to two terraces, a fireplace with a barbecue, a banquet table and hammocks, as well as the possibility of using hot water barrels. It is the perfect place to relax in the bosom of nature.

Welcome to Lake Chill. 4 comfortable barn cottages right on Lake Mierzyńskie. The cottages were built on an ancient settlement from the Bronze Age. This place has been extremely charming for thousands of years, attracting people who willingly settled here, taking advantage of the benefits of the nearby, forests and river. This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. Hof Sandsee liegt im Waldgebiet Puszcza Notecka. Kiefernwälder wechseln sich hier ab mit den Flussauen der Warte und den sanften Hügeln der Seenlandschaft. Endlose Waldwege laden ein zum Wandern, Reiten, Radeln und Kutschenfahren. Für Pilz und Heidelbeersammler ist es ein wahres Paradies. Auf dem Hof Sandsee wird Reittherapie auf Inlandspferden angeboten. Der Sandsee liefert Gelegenheit zum Baden und Angeln. Marylin Turkus Station

We brought two railway cars to the middle of the forest - the Noteć Forest. We named them Turkus and Magenta. Turkus was created in 1939. Since 1984, it has served as a technical wagon and until 2022 it ran on tracks. Magenta was created in 1972 and also ran as a technical wagon until 2022. We have renovated the beautiful old wagons and converted them into unusual, rare accommodation. We kept the arched ceilings, surrounded the steel skeleton with wood and added new colors.

Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

W środku znajduje się przytulny salon, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, jadalnia, a także trzy sypialnie. Dom zapewnia pełną prywatność i intymność.
