A highlight is the view of the "Moorbachtal" from the large conservatory. A washing machine, towels and fresh linens are provided.

The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

Room for exercise in the large garden area. Of course, everything is barrier-free. The garden is completely fenced, offers privacy from the street and is perfect with pets. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

The apartment is located in the annex of a detached house on the 1st floor. The separate entrance is via an external staircase. On 40 m² you will find a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a comfortable double bed, a modern bathroom and other furniture that will make your stay comfortable. A spacious roof terrace with comfortable seating invites you to linger. From there, the wonderful view of the idyllic, rural nature opens up.

A double bed of 1.40 m width incl. a loft bed of 0.90 m, suitable for up to 3 people. Lovingly prepared 2020.
